The hosts, Ana & Roberto, were extremely warm, welcoming and hospitable. They provided us with luggage assistance and recommendations for all sorts of places to eat and things to do in Seville.

We visited Seville on the 9th of September and stayed at La Suite del Conde. From the moment I have booked the accommodation everything was perfect. R&A has met us at the flat and were so welcoming. They have helped with our bags and spent a lot of time giving us suggestions about where we should go and what we should do in Seville. We had a WhatsApp chat ongoing whilst we were there, and every morning, we would get a message with helpful tips about events around Seville for that day. We couldn't have asked for more. They were the perfect hosts. The flat was beautiful and in the perfect location. There were thoughtful touches like having water and beer in the fridge, slippers, beautifully wrapped clean towels. Everything was within walking distance. There are amazing tapas places and delicious ice cream shops, bakeries, clothing shops.... We would definitely recommend to all of our friends to visit Seville and to stay with R&A. Thank you for a wonderful experience 😊

During our trip through Andalusia we stayed in Seville for a few days in one of the suites of LA SUITE DEL CONDE LUXURY SUITES. We were met at the parking garage where we left the car and the owner brought us with our suitcases to the apartment. We were very kindly received by the lovely Ana & Roberto. They gave us many tips for breakfast and dinner. The apartment was not very spacious but we had a wonderful roof terrace where you can relax. Everything is neat and clean and present. The location is very central and everything is within walking distance. For us it is worth repeating to come back again.

The bed was small and not very comfortable for 2, and there was no elevator and we were on the top floor, so it was a little hard, but they did help me with my bags.

The staff was great, welcoming, and gave me eveything needed to feel comfortable. They were very nice and waited for me until i got there. They gave me a map and recommendations.

While it did not bother us at all, the apartment was on 2nd floor and the stairs are original marble and quite steep and narrow so if you have mobility issues this apartment may not suit you.

The owners Ana and Roberto were amazing hosts, the apartment was beautifully decorated and perfectly located in the centre of all the best Sevilla has to offer. Ana was excellent at communicating about our stay and what to see and do. It is a great choice and we we wish we could have stayed longer - highly recommend

We had the apartment at the ground floor and over the weekend. If you are not used to a city condo you may feel a bit stressed at night when noisy people pass by your window. It get's you the feeling that you are sleeping on the sidewalk. But I guess that's the tradeoff when staying within the city center.

Ana and Roberto are friendly and perfect hosts. Many recommendations and tips for the places to go, the city and sightseeings. Every day anew. The apartment is clean and sufficiently equiped. It lies in a very popular area with lots of restaurants and bars. Sightseeings reachable within a 10-15 min. walk.

The bed was comfortable but rather small.

The location was great, just around the corner there is a great square filled with restaurants and bars. A short walk to the historic centre. The apartment is great, clean and modern. We really liked the welcome gift of authentic cakes and a good coffee. The hosts gave us an excellent information of the neighbourhood which we took notice of and really loved.

The stairs to reach the apartment are not for everyone...you need to be prepared for that and the apartment in itself is really very small, not really what you would call a suite...I would add at least a small chair or a pouf in the room.

Ana&Roberto are the perfect hosts with their kind availability and warm welcome. The place is cute and cozy with a nice terrace where we could enjoy the kindly offered local wine and beers. Perfect location to go anywhere in Sevilla.

We arrived after the mentioned check-in. Honestly, I did not see that. The hosts did not say a single word - I noticed only later that there is check-in time. They met us personally at the parking and helped us with our luggage. We did not need someone to carry our luggage but they insisted. They came with a very good car and brought us to the property again carrying all our luggage to the room. Then the host spend 30 mins explaining us about the area, the restaurants, attractions and other useful tips, leaving us a map of all of that. The hosts were always available when we wrote them. They let us stay a bit longer at the parking at no extra cost. The room was quite which is very important for us.

We stayed in the terraced apartment at the top so sacrificed some internal space for the lovely sunshine and air while resting from big days of exploring Seville, plus breakfast in the sunshine. Well appointed apartment with generous coffee supplies 😃, a bottle of wine and some yummy Seville cakes. Ana & Roberto are amazing hosts, very welcoming and loaded with useful information from sights to places to eat. They really added to our enjoyment of Seville. Roberto even lugged our heavy suitcase up the 3 flights of stairs. Great neighbourhood with large selection of places to eat from good value tapas to high end like at Azotea just 20 metres from the front door. 20 minute easy walk to Cathedral area.

Our only issue was the width of the bed as we are quite tall but other than that everything was wonderful. The stairs to the apartment are pretty steep so probably not suitable for people with mobility issues.

Beautiful flat within walking distance of shops restaurants and the tourist spots of old Seville. The hosts were wonderful - they carried our bags up the stairs for us, gave us lots of very useful information about beautiful Seville and left us with a small number of provisions to start us off.

Everything was great , note that there is no lift and the stairs are not easy but the hosts took care of of our luggage , we didn't have to carry anything on the stairs, so this is great.

Location is exceptional, super close to everything. Had a wonderful stay , super clean and comfy. Great hosts , they were very helpful and gave us a lot of recommendations in the city.

The only fault was that the bed was too small . We stayed for 7 nights and the apartment is a bit tight for space, everything else was perfect.

The owners were amazing, they were very helpful and did everything to ensure we had a comfortable and relaxing holiday. We especially appreciated the local activities that they suggested we visit . We enjoyed the local Spanish markets and neighbourhood . They were very supportive during our stay. The apartment facilities were super during our week stay ,we had everything we needed.

Nothing to dislike. The stairs to the penthouse are steep and would be difficult if you have mobility issues.

Ana and Roberto are the best hosts ever. They were there when we arrived to greet us, Roberto carried our 2 cases up to the penthouse (which we were extremely grateful for) and Ana took time to point out places of interest on the map and gave loads of tips for bars and restaurants nearby. The room and balcony were fantastic and the kitchen was well equipped with tea, coffee, water, biscuits and even a very welcome bottle of wine. Ana also went out of her way to get me a lovely birthday gift which was greatly appreciated. Thank you Ana for coming to our rescue within 2 minutes when we stupidly couldn’t get into our room - the door handle was just a bit stiff! On and off smell of sewage from outside

The best hosts ever. They collected us from bus station because our flight got delayed and it was past 1am. Also, got so many great tips for where to eat and visit in Seville. The place was very clean and modern with a mini kitchen. Will definitely book again when we come back to Seville 😊
