The whole Star Prestige experience is excellent. It gives peace and quiet away from young children in an adults only environment and provides complimentary services. Loved the room position (3320) and the excellent shower. The breakfast choice was good and we loved the ability to have it cooked to order.

Its not the best option for solo travellers. The hotel is very much about families with kids, even the evening programs consider the children. Pools are always busy with kids and their parents. The hotel has a prestige section, adults only, pretty expensive.

The food is top! Excellent breakfast and dinner. Staff are very supportive. SPA is very nice. Location is great.

The snacks at the Star Prestige were the same everyday. And the sandwiches were always dried out because they were not covered.

We picked Star Prestige adults only section. B&B. This included drinks and snacks until 6pm.

The property was really clean, well maintained. WiFi worked great through out. Plenty of areas for the kids to kick a soccer ball or play basketball.

The beds are uncomfortable in the family room, you only have two single beds, and then two very hard and uncomfortable sofas that you have to push together to make a double. The hotel does have double beds, but only in the star prestige area, but of course children are not permitted there. The hotel really must invest in comfortable double beds and this would be a selling point for some families. It was £300 a night, which is above average on price and deserves a comfortable bed.

Location great, stunning sea view, staff lovely, children's pool area great and they loved it.

Dinner in the Prestige Dining Room was too expensive for a buffet meal. Minor problem: lot of trouble with gates from Promenade into hotel. Card often failed to open them.

Excellent hotel. fantastically helpful and friendly staff. Brilliant location. Adult-only section is ideal for elderly travellers. The Prestige Pool Bar is lovely with great views of sunset and marvellous staff - particularly Chakir (?) from Agadir. Funny, kind, efficient and helpful.

It would have been perfect if it wasn't for the beds which were pretty uncomfortable and really noisy... not worthy of a 5* hotel to be honest.

Great staff (helpful, smiley and polite), Food in general was great with loads of choice including various premium alcohols, Great pools (especially the kids one with slides), and nice mixed clientele (Brits, Spanish, French, German)...

Room right next to water and ice machine very noisy People were reserving sunbeds before 8am even though rule not to reserve before 10am!! Fire emergency door in restaurant tied up which is a severe fire risk,

The dinner was buffet and was expensive.

Staff very polite and friendly - including reception, bar and breakfast room staff, entertainers and trainers, and the cleaning staff were all so friendly. Lovely room in a beautiful hotel in a great location.

Would have been nice to have a heated pool as the weather was a bit chilly and the water was freezing.

Buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner, all were fantastic. The staff is very helpful and pleasant.

the reason for not 9 points is that when we were taking food at the breakfast buffet we saw cockroaches running there next to food in 2 consecutive days. We didn't look for insects, but when you see them, it ruins the whole experience.

very good location, close to beach, the staff are doing a great job. Seems like the owner is running a lean business with staff doing multitasks. The animator guy who is doing aqua gym instruction, he is also a yoga instructor, a fitness instructor and a performer at night show. So, the guys and girls doing a great job. Reception people are good, especially Severine, a French lady was very helpful. Fresh juices at the breakfast were very appreciated.

- I felt there were no options for having a light dinner on the premises (e.g. pizza to share) without going for the all inclusive dinner buffet or room service. But there wasn’t an option to eat something light at the pool. I think they should extend the lunch pizza options to dinner time as well.

- excellent variety for breakfast - good sized room with nice sea view - no problem with car parking - close to other restaurants - clean bathroom - very good blackout curtains - staff (reception, restaurant, cleaning) was very helpful and friendly.

Our first room was above the main bar, 3rd floor, and was very noisy on our second night. The hotel moved us straight away to the block the other side of the splash zone which was nice and quiet.

Superb buffet, great splash area for children with a great playground with best view! Good sized family room, cleaned daily. The little shack by the splash zone was really handy to feed the kids during the day when hungry!
