Charming small hotel well located, quiet, and comfortable. Room was spotless and bed comfortable.

The shower in the room was clean and modern - but was really quite small - a person can barely fit inside. Another absence is the modern amenity of electricity sockets for charging one's phone(s) - either next to the bed or elsewhere in the room.

The hotel is lovely and intimate and the staff is friendly. It really feels like it was lovingly renovated and decorated. Some important lessons learned; Toledo is built on hills - it's small but you are constantly either climbing uphill or walking downhill. Getting from the public parking to the room is indeed 4 minutes - but there is no pavement or asphalt - you will be dragging your trolly or suitcase over cobblestone streets which is not simple. Breakfast is on the roof of the hotel which admittedly is heart-stoppingly beautiful. However if you are a vegetarian/vegan you will not find so much as a single piece of vegetable to select from.

The owner was very helpful and the location was near everything. The room was comfortable and they worked with one of the travelers who was elderly so we had a room on the ground floor.

Fabulous location , right next to the Cathedral. The receptionist when we arrived was super helpful. It was the same person who made breakfast… so helpful and smiley. She created a wonderful atmosphere with her ’ nothing is too much trouble’ attitude.

This is a family run hotel by a wonderful, friendly couple. The location is walking distance to all the sights. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the delicious continental breakfast had the most amazing view!

I can't think of anything. It was all fine for me.

The breakfast was really lovely - at the roof-top with a great view of the Cathederal plus over that part of Toledo. The hotel is located right in the old part of the town, about 2 or 3 minutes from the Cathederal. The single room allocated was comfortable for my needs for one night. Though I could have easily stayed there much longer. The staff were all friendly and helpful. There is a homely charm to the hotel and treatment of guests. There are varied, wonderful ornaments, old photographs and maps all over the hotel and especially in the lobby. A museum in itself!
