the awkward glass door to the bathroom. no privacy. OK if you travel as a couple, but i wouldn't want to stay with anyone else. If you're in the shower, you're in full view. the couple of privacy strips don't make a difference really. Also the toilet is right beside the clear glass bathroom window. You can put the blind down, but otherwise you're in full view of the person on the balcony. but honestly, to us it wasn't an issue much.

Breakfast was great. Something for everyone. Our room was super spacious and if you book, the sea view is def worth it. Woke up to a fab view every morning out of my side of the bed. Staff was lovely, the room got cleaned to a super high standard every day. The Roof top terrace is a must. Perfect location

Staff at roof top terrace a bit ignorant to be honest..not enough staff to serve all the customers at all the bars especially during busy times..not sure about the glass walls in the bathrooms ..you can't really see anything but a little too open for my liking

Lovely hotel breakfast buffet was fabulous..lots to choose from. Didn't stay for lunch but looked great...best nights sleep in years and also a bit of English TV for the fellow Brits if needed in the bedroom..staff were friendly especially front desk..would recommend 😁

Issues with lifts but mainly at busy times eg checking in and breakfast We were very disappointed with evening buffet We left one night after leaving food we could not eat We ate out the next night. Pancakes one morning tasted like fish from dinner evening before

The lifts are a bit annoying especially at busy times when people have just checked in & meal times. Also the bathroom/toilet a bit on view with the glass partition 😬

The shower is in awful state. The water is running in 5-7 minutes gets to the room.

The location is great. Close to the beach, shops and bars.

Every time we used the shower it leaked out of the tray and after a 5-10 min shower the bathroom was flooded. Spoke to reception and were told they were aware of the issues with shower and would send more towels up!! Clear glass between bedroom and bathroom both the wall and the door. Standing anywhere in the main room you had full visibility of the toilet- zero privacy.

The most stupid progress for progress sake lift system which does not work when busy. The style over substance glass see through and hear through bathroom, great if you want to see and hear other peoples bodily functions. Some of the reception staff ( a dozy British girl and a terse rude younger Spanish man). The fact that they wouldn’t let us into the car park until we had checked in and paid the daily fee! There was no where to park so I had to alternate between driving around the street and parking illegally until my wife could go to reception, check in , pay the fee and then try to find the car and me. Terrible customer service.

The pool area, the Spa, the restaurant for breakfast and dinner, the restaurant staff , the housekeeping staff, the bar staff and some of the reception staff.
