From the moment we booked, we experienced exceptional hospitality from the host Leigh and apartment manager Fiona. The apartment itself was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and close to local shops and restaurants. Fiona and Leigh went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, providing excellent recommendations for dining and activities in the area. They even facilitated a late check-out since the apartment was vacant when we had a late flight departure, making our last day stress-free and enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be returning on our next visit to Cabo Roig. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for their next getaway!

There was nothing not to like. Maybe the balcony was a little bit small and the view was limited but the communal/ private pool was fifty meters from the apartment so this was not really an issue. Possibly calling it "Luxury" may be overstating it a bit but it was comfortable and spotless thanks to Fiona who looks after the place.

This guy has thought of everything. Hairdryer, Iron, phone chargers. pool stuff, microwave, towels , shower gel, shampoo, English TV stations. You name it he had it. Even two bikes and a rubber dingy if you wanted to try them. We didnt. The location was excellent. Literally a minute from bars and restaurants and two minutes to main strip yet quiet and peaceful. We were also allowed to stay beyond the check out time as we were on a late flight which was nice

The view from the balcony and the lack of sun lou gers around the pool. Had to collect them from ground floor and carry them round.

Leigh our host was just brilliant .Fiona the apartment manager was also great .There was constant communication to ensure our stay went smoothly. The apartment is really lovely and spotless with everything you need .We were also provided with sun chairs for use at the pool .Location is the best right next to cabo roig strip .we would highly recommend. We stayed 10 days at Leigh's house, and we enjoyed a lot. The house is big enough for 4 people, we were two with a newborn. The apartment itself is furnished with everything you need (and much more) for your stay, Wi-Fi is pretty fast and reliable, pool is always almost empty, so you can enjoy all by yourself. In general for the price paid the service was excellent, Cabo Roig is very close and if you have a car you can reach also better beaches like we did since the one close is a little tricky to reach with a stroller but not a problem for people walking (it's a 5 minutes walk). The air conditioners and ventilators make a nice job even if you won't use it so much since opening the windows you have a nice breeze stream coming from the sea which makes it very enjoyable. Dining in the terrace is also a nice plus. Fiona helped us at the arrival and with everything we needed, we won't doubt to come back in the future if it will be available. Many thanks!

We (my friend and I) went to this Apartement for a weekend. We had a warm welcome on Arrival. Nice and clean apartment, lovely beds and cozy apartment. We really enjoyed our weekend. The pool was also lovely. Location was perfect. Not far from bars, restaurants etc. Furthermore, good contact with owners and progress was great. We will go back !
