A lot of noise in the bedroom due to bad insulation. I understand it is in centre of town, but insulation is very bad, so you wake up at 06:00/06:30 due to street cleaning, and some road maintenance 3 of teh 4 mornings

Our original room 107 was gloomy and not up to our expectations. 103 to which we changed was great.

Breakfast and the staff were excellent. The location was great. When we changed our room from the original given to us it was much better. Beds were very comfortable in both rooms.

Nothing to complain about. Our coffee machine in the room was faulty but we were offered to take coffee for free from the bar at any time.

The friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff.Great recommendations for eating out and even booked restaurants for us. Lovely small hotel with pretty courtyard area, very central location in the old town, close to lots of shops & eateries. Loved the rooftop pool, just to sit out on the evening and dip our feet on the water. Nice room, spacious enough & good aircon.

Had a problem with coffee maker but could not address this as we had to leave early for transport. Sometimes you just need things to work!

Lovely little hotel tucked into back streets in palma. Courtyard restaurant looked excellent, unfortunately late arrival/ early departure meant we couldnt use. We will have to come back and try it, which we will certainly consider!

In my opinion there are 3 negative points: I found the pillows too high, there is nowhere to hang a wet bath towel and the external sound insulation is not good.

This hotel is very nice, the staff is friendly, the room is spacious, the wardrobe is large, the mattress is good, the shower is excellent. The shampoo and conditioner are of great quality. The hairdryer is normal, not those common in hotels that are attached to the wall. And there’s even a hair straightener available. I didn't eat at the hotel, so I can't give an opinion on the food.

The only thing was some noise from other occupants on occasions which you can get in any hotel. Also a bit of noise from streets at times. Maybe it was where the room 110 was situated. I wouldnt let it put you off though because everything else honestly made a lovely stay.

Perfect accommodation & excellent value for money in a part of the Old Town with shops, restaurants on your doorstep, although private as down a quiet short road. Bus stop less than 5 minutes away, perfect for days out & airport. Staff wonderful, always pleasant & helpful. Food good. Beds & pillows so comfortable! Would definitely recommend & stay again.

Some rooms have windows that open directly onto the street, it can be a bit noisy. An issue during off season when AC is not turned on. Pool not available off season, and breakfast was 20 euros extra, which seemed a bit steep.

Clean and comfortable rooms, coffee maker in the rooms, staff are friendly and helpful.

The welcome drink and conversation with the bar keeper was really nice. They made an effort to provide excellent service and hospitality. The room was nicely decorated and the beds/pillows were very comfy. The breakfast did look really nice and we will likely stay again and try it.

We were greeted with a glass of Cava and a very friendly staff member. The room was big, great TV, the most comfy hotel beds ever and we absolutely loved the rooftop terrace! All the staff were so nice and helpful - we would definitely stay at the hotel again!
