There are a lot of steps to get to the suites we were located at but they had a ramp and it seems they were making a lift.

We came as a group of 9, the hotel provided us with 4 suites next to each other which was in a great location next to the pool. I was gluten free and the hotel staff were able to provide alternative options for breakfast. The kids were happy with the pool and the children’s playground and the older kids were entertained with the pool table and tennis table. The staff were so kind and went out of their way to help if we needed anything. Great wifi in each room with its own router.

Apartment clean great kitchen facilities, great shower, and a wonderful sea view from balcony, the complex has a bar at the pool, and a shop, and there is a small town which you can walk to, also good bus links.

We stayed 4 nights, half board. 2 adults and 2 kids. Hotel is divided to 3 parts, main building 10 floors, upper area with swimming pool and apartments and another area of apartments, more upper, with pool+kids pool. We stayed in room 119, close to the pool. In the end of March water in pools was aboit 26 degrees, which was very comfortable for us and our kids. Restaurant was very busy, but there was always a free table available, and staff working very quickly. Walking distance to Anfi beach, with small kids about 15 minutes. Bus stop just in front of the hotel. Nice gym. Small playground for kids. Beautiful views on the ocean and sunset.

Parking - we couldn’t park anywhere in the complex even after pleading with hotel staff just to allow us to park near our room to unload/load luggage. How would this be for a family with young kids? We had to park nearly 1/2 mile away and lug it all up the hill - not explained when we booked

We asked for and got a room with a sea view. It was superb. Spotless, well looked after and everything on our doorstep with two lovely pools to choose from too.

Wi-fi off for two days, hotel's comment, speak to Reception - we did, several times, staff said it was on, miraculously, after two days, the wi-fi light in the room turned from red to green, hence wi-fi re-established. No lead for the hot water just, ie base plate and power lead. After complaining for five days, it was provided whilst we were away from room, placed in a high wall cupboard where we could not see it.

Management must be replaced with the people who care about customers safety and wellbeing.

This is a right place if you want to feel unsafe and ignored by the staff, especially management. There is a thief operating in the hotel and the top management aware of this especially head housekeeper and mr. Tony M. Ramos but do nothing about it, as they do not care about customer’s safety! The money were stolen from my pocket in my room and I reported to management, and they responded: “yeah, there is nothing can be done!” Stay away from this hotel of you want pleasant vocation, as you going to spent half a day in the police station reporting and explaining what has happened! Additional response to mr. Ramos to his statement: “The hotel paid for your transportation to the police station” Dear Mr. Ramos, how dare you mentioning about the payment for my trip to police, you made?! You have to ask yourself a question, why I traveled to police station in a first place? Is a police station a good place to visit, or there is something beautiful to see. I spent 2 hours of my time being there instead of enjoying other more pleasant places! Apart from payment for taxi, you did nothing and offered nothing! You did not even bothered to come to see us when we checked out the next day! Shame on you, and your housekeeping and front desk staff! My report to the police about stolen money is not a first report (I was told in the police station) and as I can see other reviews were left about money and valuables stolen from your hotel!

I needed a softer pillow

Lovely room looking over the sea and the food buffet was unbelievable, just incredible. Would highly recommend and will be back for dinner soon.
