- The "gym" is very poor. If its not busy it will enough for cardio and floor exercises but nothing more than that. - I used to metro to go to and from the city center. In most cases it took me about an hour, including the walk from the station to the hotel. At the end of the day it felt like too much. - The chair near the desk was not comfortable to me, i fell like sitting on the floor. - The minibar was not cooling. I commented about it and it was fixed but a day later it stopped working again.

- The room was very big, clean and convenient for me (single). - The staff was all very nice. - I cant eat in restaurants so the very close Supermercado was very good for me.

There was practically no mattress. Only stay here if you can stand a very very firm mattress. It felt like sleeping on a literal board. The bathroom was strangely shaped. Hard to move around in and difficult to get into the shower.

the hotel was very beautiful inside and out. The rooms were fine and what you would expect. The room service was very fast and everything was very tasty.

The restaurant was pretty bad. The carta was one of those digital picture books. We had much better food while walking the camino de Santiago. We found a good Italian restaurant nearby for lunch. Next time we may try it for dinner as well.

This is a very good airport hotel. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Check in and check out were efficient.

It is an old hotel so it requires a lot of maintenance. The blackouts were very old and ragged and didn’t close completely so there was plenty of light in the morning. The room furniture is really outdated.

If you need a nice hotel near the airport, this is your hotel. It offers a shuttle service to the airport all day long and very late at night which is a huge plus. Our room had plenty of space. The bathroom was ample, with double sink and independent shower and tub. Very clean.

The room is really old, the furniture chipped and the window broken so you could hear street sounds during the night including an incessant dog barking.

The only downside, which presumably had nothing to do with the hotel, was someone repeatedly banged on our door after we had gone to bed; I am guessing somebody was confused and expected to meet a friend at the wrong room ... our room!

When I arrived my reservation wasn’t in system even though I had paperwork and confirmation and email from you from day before. I made the reservation months in advance. I think that is why our bed was two twin beds put together. Not comfortable for a couple.

Very slow elevator, one not working. Take stairs if you can.

Lovely breakfast (which we pre paid for with room), buffet with many options perfect before a long flight. Location close to airport with free airport shuttle (we signed up for shuttle time slot upon check in). There are many restaurant choices near hotel in walking distance.

The pool to be open from spring and a kettle and fridge in room.

The buffet breakfast and restaurant was very expensive. The room was good and it is close by the airport with a free shuttle. There are good and reasonably priced eateries nearby. It was 27 degrees the day we checked in on 2 June but the pool was closed until 6 June so we were not able to use that facility which was one of the main reasons we booked the hotel which is really no more than a transit hotel for the airport. When the neighbouring room started partying reception promptly moved us to another room which we appreciated.

It’s a shame that the pool wasn’t open until mid June as it was already very hot in Madrid. In early June. I had discovered the pool was closed just after booking and if I had thought about it a little more I might have changed to another hotel. The hotel shouldn’t make a feature of the pool in photos if it is going to be closed.

A good, large airport hotel. Very helpful staff, my superior room was large and roomy with a nice bathroom. Breakfast was good. It was particularly good for me as I arrived on a delayed flight at 2:30am and it was a short taxi ride away.

The outside area was not open. I had read that the pool was closed until June but was not aware we couldn’t even sit out there. We also found a pair of used eyelashes on our hotel room floor.

Bottled water was super-expensive. 4€ for a small 16 ounce bottle. Even more expensive in the minibar in the room.
