Should have some sort of towel hooks in the bathroom it’s big enough to accommodate them, rather then hang them all over the room. Also could have a bit more comfier sofa bed for kids to sleep on. Apart from these I was satisfied, I was there for a rest not to judge!

It was a perfect getaway for us, both the kids and us enjoyed the ocean and the pools, great walks on the sandy beach along the cost! Was satisfying just to was the surfers, will give it a go next time too! Food was great, excellent service, clean rooms! Clean and tidy all the way through to whole resort, well organised staffs!

Check in was terrible, we spend about 1 hour in a queue of 4 or 5 people ! Really poorly organised. No transfers, excursions, car rentals or anything like that provided by the hotel. Considering the location where we are about 1 hour walk from Costa Calma, I think they should get some deals with local companies.

The food was amazing, and the drinks as well. Staff was very friendly and the beach in front of the hotel was gorgeous!!

Staff kept constantly asking/checking if I had paid for food or drinks as I didn't book 'all-inclusive'. I found it -at the least- rude, as I couldn't even sit down for a minute (just to relax) without a staff member checking up on me.

The location! Perfect for kiting :)

Coffee machines at breakfast always seemed to cause chaos and queues. A menu of cocktails at the bar (on the bar rather than having to look at my phone) would have been alot better.

This hotel was outstanding. Our room was fabulous with a breathtaking view of the lagoon/beach. The pools and facilities were great. Food was truly outstanding and the bar service great. Staff were always very friendly and helpful, especially in the restaurants. Location on the beach was great, it was like being in an oasis of paradise!

-Lack of facilities in the room eg no tea and coffee, no iron, no drinking water. -we asked information regarding the island but we didn't get much information. - many guest left the towel very early by the pool and left the area so there were empty beds but no space for people who really wanted to enjoy the swimming pool. -I celebrated my birthday and they didn't make our stay very special.

-Location was very good, amazing scenery and perfect for windsurfing -we booked a windsurfing lesson, it was great there, but we arranged everything on trip advisor and not through the hotel as there was no information on activities outside the hotel. -overall it was okay to spend time with family or friends for a few days -Good if you like all inclusive, but not for us

Really having to be picky to find things to fault... There's no kettle in the room - but then there was hot water available round the clock at the various hotel bars. And because the sound travels very easily between rooms, the experience somewhat depends on how noisy your neighbours are!

The staff were all so friendly and helpful, the building was light and clean and impressive, the location is absolutely perfect for being away from the touristy towns and wanting a more peaceful connection to the stunning landscape all around - but is more than equipped to meet every need on site (including shops for food, drink, clothing and toiletries). There are lovely well-looked-after cats on the grounds, which are beautifully sculpted with native plants and views over the beach. Finally, the amenities are amazing and the food is very high quality and more than plentiful!

    No issues!

Have stayed previously and it did not disappoint. Great hotel in an amazing location. A perfect Oasis in the desert. Great pools. Amazing beach. Friendly staff. Food options are good enough for a few days. Always fresh grilled meat, rice, chips, chicken nuggets, pizza and pasta being cooked so even the fussiest eater can eat something. There are obviously many more options, but for fussy eaters and kids it kind of covers all bases. Rooms are large and spacious. Great views of the sea and complex.

    - I wish there would be more of seafood for dinner. - The last step to the beach is bit too high, might be difficult for some people to step down.

The room were clean and spacious, you can fell the hotel was built couple years back, but still everything is functioning top notch without any issues. There are many pools(salty and sweet water, shallow ones for kids and normal depth) and big lounging area with free sunbeds. I haven't been to the gym/spa areas. There's direct access to beach from the hotel along with shower, feet cleaning, and water equipment cleaning spot. The beach is wide, the water was calm during our stay(3 days mid December). Entrance to water is smooth - suitable for going in with children as there are no sudden drops, there are not rocks/stones etc. I believe the place is perfect for starting your adventure with kitesurfing - on the beach a mid sized lagoon forms where wind is enough for the kite and water is shallow and without waves.

The hotel definitely needs a refurb and improving, doesn't do right to the chain it belongs to. We've seen staff in dirty uniforms in the restaurant, food quality and presentation need upgrade. Only two rather small elevators for a huge place, there's waiting ques and you'll move up and down crowded. Furniture in the rooms quite old, installations falling to bits here and there. Hallway windows had blankets stucked under to prevent rain getting in - a bit of maintenance would do wonders. Overpriced for the quality they offer, which is a big shame, the place can be incredible, as others from this chain we love.

Amazing location, yet quite remote, be aware the nearest town is 4 km away. Nature in its splendor lays at your feet.

The property was not very clean - the rooms were very old fashioned and badly in need of updating. There is absolutely no accessible part of the hotel so it is completely unsuitable f for anyone with a disability or reduced mobility. There was a dead cockroach outside my bedroom which I asked to be removed but it never was and there was broken glass in my bathroom sink.

The location is beautiful ..but in the middle of nowhere natural saltwater swimming lagoon at certain times. The communal areas ford the hotel are nice. The dining area was nice and food very good.

Fantastic hotel. The location is incredible. I highly recommend booking a room with sea view. We had a room with panoramic view of the desert and the lagoon on the 8th floor and this view alone was one of our favourite parts of the whole vacation. Great food, great atmosphere, great location and worth every penny.

The amenities in the toilet were old. The handle to flush the toilet broke on the first day. The lights by the bed were broken and I got locked out on the balcony as once the door shuts there’s no way to open it from the outside. This is a great safety feature but there are no signs warning you not to close the door if you go onto the balcony. However, these were just minor and staff were very quick to help and fix things when given the chance!

I love the location, right on the beach and in the desert. it was very beautiful. The staff were really friendly and the food was delicious!
