There were gaps and walk ways on the 5th floor which was scary 😅 you could see all way to the bottom.

Room was quite cold at night, could do with some heating during cold winter months.

Stopped over on my way to Morocco - hotel is probably one of the best available, underground secure parking, room service - pizza was nice and tasty, access to use the gym, I was upgraded to a suite which was great, comfortable bed, spacious bathroom. Receptionist was decent, breakfast was filling and plenty of choice - those reviews stating the breakfast was terrible must have triggered change because there were almost too many options available. Smoothies, juices, different types of breads, cereals, fruits, egg, cheese etc - not sure what more you can expect for 10 euros.

Good location for a night stop before taking the ferry. Spacious and clean room, good amenities. The complimentary water was much appreciated.

Shower cabinet had a loosen base. Room was huge and did not feel comfy, as there was no enough to fill it up. Some lights were not working, and parking is ridiculous expensive for what is offered.

It has a king size bed, water temperature & pressure for shower was perfect. There was a little kettle and a mini bar, with a 1.5l bottle of water. Easy to access and not far from city centre. Breakfast had a lot variety however decaf coffee from the machine was just water.

We were giving rooms on the 5th floor and the latch on the windows were broken and we were not able to close the windows for the safety of our kids. The windows don’t even have restrictors to keep the windows from being wide open, for safety reasons. We did ask the receptionist to move us to the ground floor but she didn’t seem bothered that the windows were not safe on the 5th floor, especially since we had a 3, 7 and 10 year old in the rooms.

When I'm.im Algeciras I always stay here. very good staff all through. especially Irene on reception. Always smiling and willing to help.if needed. the beds are great comfortable. it's quiet and very clean. the rooms are airy and modern and very spacious. I use it as a base for Gibraltar and my businesses there. all in all amazing value for money.

Street parking is available near the hotel but it fills up fast. If you want to park in the hotel parking, it is 11€

It was clean and had most of the equipment needed to cook dinner (pan, pot, utensils). Continental breakfast was good and plentiful.

I've stayed here many times as I have businesses across the baby in Gibraltar. The value for money os Great. The rooms are spacious modern and airy....it's location is good...the food is decent...and the staff on reception are all great...especially Irene, who any time I asked for anything to be done did it at an instant and I extended by 6 days and that was all done in under 5 minutes, always smiling...the cleaners are good too...very efficient...All in All a great stay with great staff.

We stayed after a long day of travel as somewhere to rest and eat. The room was spotless, great bed and good room service.

Wouldn't allow us to check in early, told us all the rooms were occupied. The receptionist appeared not to be trying to accommodate us. The gym was full, i was not able to use anything I wanted to, I walked out. I wondered if they were all guest's of the hotel or staff/local people? They charge for parking, early evening time there is lots available free in the streets.

The hotel and room was clean and modern. Checkin was easy. It was ok for the 1 night we needed.
