Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. We had a nice size bedroom with a comfortable bed . Two minutes walk to the train station.

Paper thin walls. We can hear the guests on the room next door. If you’re a light sleeper it will be a problem. Very basic room, no hot kettle nor coffee/tea facilities in the room.

Relatively new hotel centrally located near the camino walk. Near a mall with a supermarket and food shops and restaurants. An easy 5-10 minute walk to old town.

Breakfast was a little pricey

Beds were so comfortable after a long day walking the Camino. Staff were very helpful and friendly and great with directions to get back on the Camino the next day. Huge shopping centre just opposite and we got to see the halo.

Room with view for additional price. There is no any tea ketle in the room. It is posible to make tea near reception, but for additional price. Bathroom is small. It is not comfortable to sleep when bed's headbord is facing the entrance in the room. And also you see the fire escape plan that also glows at night.

The breakfast and parking was a bit pricey.

Very clean, modern and comfortable. The bed, pillows and bed linen were of excellent quality which meant we had the best night sleep. Would recommend to anyone!

The acoustic of the room is bad and the TV available on the room is not a smart TV, so we couldn't connect to the Netflix. Also it would be good if they included a coffee machine in their rooms.

The hotel is a good match for those who like a good view and for those who is looking for a place not in the Vigo centre, but really close to the transportation and some facilities like a shopping mall.

I missed having coffee making facilities in the room, but it wasn’t a huge issue!

Excellent central location, friendly staff, large, spacious room, massive comfortable bed and complimentary toiletries. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful.

We had a large centipede in the room which was a shock as everything appeared clean, but when I looked under the bed there was dust, so improvement is required. We have stayed at other Barceló hotels and felt that the breakfast quality was better in those hotels rather than Vigo (e.g. Zaragoza).

The location was good, with just a 10 minute walk to the old centre. The receptionist offered us an upgrade at 15€ a night extra which we took and it was worth it for the view. The room was big and the beds were very comfortable. There was also a laptop safe in the room. Parking was available in the building at an extra cost.

The gentleman working the front desk was rude to me and my companion. When we walked in, we would wait to speak with him, and as his guest he attended left, we would begin to talk and he interrupted us to attend the next guest. Later, he explained in 'Spanglish" he was checking guests out. He was rude. The women working there, however, were really wonderful. When we checked out, he suddenly spoke perfect English and explained he's from the USA, the state of Texas. I was shocked at how poorly we were treated by him, and actually, he's the only hotel worker in the last several weeks of travel I've experienced this with. Perhaps we didn't 'look' good enough. We had arrived in a driving rain storm, and we were physically quite uncomfortable. He, as the host, should have picked up on that and used some kindness. Do better, fellow American. Another problem at this facility is the horrible internet. The people at the desk will have to set you up. It's a bit of a mess.

I loved the cleanliness and comfort of the hotel. It's definitely really nice, with white fluffy sheets, and every comfort in the room. The rooms are large, and everything is so well attended.

This hotel went above and beyond for us. Great water front view, HUGE room, fluffy towels. So very nice that there is parking right at the hotel (you do have to pay $16 for the night, but so much better than the parking garages close by.) Central to walking around and seeing the incredible murals that are all over this town. Breakfast was also incredible!
