Location was very hard to find (looks like hidden) and parking is a bit problem. Just a small hint to make it easier for next visitors: hotel is infront of the park , if you take El Greco museum on your left , there is park on the right. You can use it as a reference.

Rooms were so clean, exactly what you see in the photos, there are many restaurants around by walk. For people who are interested there is El Greco Museum the other side of the hotel. Staff is reachable and fast reply.

Just the construction in front

It is a wonderful place and location. The only think is having a construction in front and today they started working before 8am. The access also was a bit confused but owner sent all directions.

Check in process may be efficient for staff, but I found it frustrating. Had to upload info 2x. After third text in 2 days to check in, I told them I had already checked in twice. Also had back and forth about extra payment. After confirming I had paid it, the texts continued. Also, tho apt was terrific, both night stands in main bedroom are at such a slant, you can’t put anything on top. Slides off. Which is not ideal for phone

We have arrived in the middle of a storm. Driving here took us longer than expected by a few hours . We kept the host updated with our ETA. They were caring and concerned and kept in contact with us until we were in the property. The property was clean and cozy.

Parking is a bit of a problem, especially if you come late in the evening. The public parking (Santo Tomé) was complete by 9 pm already and there was a line of cars waiting for someone to leave. If you have a lot of stuff or a heavy baggage, it’s a challenge to drop it at the hotel doors prior to going parking cause there is no vehicle access to the main entrance

Nice, neat, there’s everything you might need during a short stay. Every room has an AC. It was fast and easy to check in.

Great location- close to old town, ElGreco museum and restaurants. Practically in the park - very convenient when traveling with pet. Perfect communication with staff - all needed info sent on WhatsApp. Rooms with big windows - all directed to park, comfortable beds and very nice and modern bathroom with shower. Complimentary bottle of wine, coffee capsules and biscuits as a welcome package that we didn’t expect-very nice from them. Strongly recommend.

It would be perfect if there is a place where we can deposit our luggage since check in is at 3pm and check out is 11am. It was also difficult to connect to the wifi.

Location was perfect, near El Greco Museum, shopping centers and restaurants. Buses and taxies are easily accessible.
