Corridors would need repair

Good we had kitchen at our room. Knives could be sharper. One morning we also bought a breakfast-it was really good, big selection. Nice pool, quiet.

Staff service levels not consistent - good service at snack bar one day, completely ignored by numerous staff members the next.

The room floor was really dirty when we arrived and we needed to go several times to the reception to get the room acceptably clean. Really disgusting. Apparently there was an issue with the cleaning service that needed to be resolved. The floor of the aisle was as well very dirty. The room was not maintaned since years, the outside door was almost broken. We were in room 1008. Its a pity that they have the hotel rooms in such a bad status.

The staff in general was nice. The exterior facilities very complete and very well maintained, including fantastic swimmingpool, water play area, playground, and a lot of green areas. Optimal for children. The 1 bedroom room was spscious and the beds were quite confortable. The breakfast buffet offered a generous variety of food, including fruits, eggs, salad, churros, american breakfast, several types of bread...very good.

The poor breakfast selection, no good coffee and coldness of the staff, no smiles...we felt as unwanted at times.

Breakfast was just OK, the same food every morning, no huge selection. Staff in the restaurant was just OK, sometimes no smiles and coldness. Room service however was great, the cleaners were friendly and did a great job cleaning our room.

Kitchen lacked an oven so not easy when doing some self catering. Also the pots & pans in the kitchen were very minimal. My family were in a nearby apartment and their experience with the kitchen was similar to mine.

The hotel is not the newest in terms of facilities but it was clean so it didn't bother us. The door to the apartment was not very well isolated, so you could hear noise from the hallway when kids were being a bit noisy outside.

Big apartment, clean and easily accessible. Friendly and fuss free staff, good pool for the entire family. The food in the restaurant was simple, but very tasty and at a good price.

Bathroom definitely require updating, Next to the pool area I saw a huge cockroach the first evening, then another one was in our apartment.. The sofa in the living room had a big stain, obviously was cleaned before, but a huge stain was still on.. AC in the living room was rather noisy and did not help much, really needed changed, but I would say for the beginning of March the weather was just fine and we didn't really needed.

it was a pleasant stay, the hotel is on a top of steep hill, so I would not recommend this hotel if you are not in a good shape. Down the hill its a very nice square with very good restaurants& few local shops, u must try the Chinese restaurant :) Next to the square is the bus stop with lots of bus choices to go different places on the island or to the airport Our apartment was clean and very spacious , we had beautiful views from the terrace to the mountains , cleaning was done on Mondays, Wed& Fridays which was fine with us. The pool was clean, breakfast had everything u need it, but maybe not enough staff on some days :) but otherwise happy with the breakfast.

Cleaning service was very bad. We stayed for 2 weeks and the bedsheets were changed only once (at the second day)

Place at night to relax and have a drink and socialise Also it would have been good to hire towls for the pool area

The hotel is on top of a hill and it got very windy for the final 4 nights of our stay which caused the windows to rattle and prevented me sleeping

Nice pool area, on site shop, helpful staff, bus stops to larger resorts right outside, hotel bar sells cocktails. Nice complex next door with a few restaurants. There was a cabaret venue but sadly it was shut when we went in the low season.

WiFi kept dropping out for long periods. Only got reliable WiFi in the room in the early morning, 6:00ish. Nice to have UK TV in the room, but again some of the channels were periodically not available.

Some bits in the room could do with attention eg chipped bath. No bowls in room although I’m sure if I asked I could have got one!
