This year I found the selection for breakfast & evening meals too be not as good as the previous 4/5 years.Therefore I found the menu's boring.

The rooms are a little on the small side. The air con kept resetting itself to 23 degrees and even at 14 it was still too hot. No kettle in the rooms either. At this time of year a lot of Spanish pensioners stay for free holidays and they can be really rude & pushy. Because of this we had to queue each morning for breakfast. They also tend to get served quicker than us!

The view from our seaview room and the rooftop bar was fantastic. A beautiful little area that was cozy and comfortable with great music, a great bar man and the most fantastic view of the sun setting each evening. Perfect.

Air conditioning was very poor. We only stopped for 3 nights so didn't mention it, but we are going to be booking this for October next year so would like to know that this will be working especially if this is as hot as it was.

Location was excellent and close enough to walk in and out of the busier areas. We were there during the Fiesta, so we knew it was going to be busy. The rool top terrace is a little jem, but have to be quick to get seats.

Here you Spanish people have a great problem with the English, but maybe you could compromise and begin the evening meal earlier. In England 6pm is usual for evening meal, and always in the past in Spain the evening meal was 7pm.....so eating at 8pm had me reaching for the Antacid medicine to counter going to bed on a full stomach. Not healthy!

Excellent Location, our room was clean and well maintained (super shower). No pressure to vacate rooms early in the morning. Lifts worked really well, and delivered us directly to the dining room

Only stayed for one night so didnt have time to experience all aspects of hotel but nothing comes to mind as being a problem. You should be aware that the hotel has no car park and that car parking is a bit away - but then it is a 'front line' hotel so this is to be expected.

Fantastic location at south end of old town and 'front line' looking out over to the beach / harbour. Excellent rooftop bar - especially good in the evening.

The room on the back side of the hotel has a tint balcony (no chairs or table that can fit) Only the front side rooms have a larger balcony with chairs and table. Every night at 1AM the rubbish is collected from the back of the hotel and wakes you up if you are asleep.

The location is perfect, across the street is the beach (not the crazy one Levante). Few minutes to walk to old town and to view point Balco de la Mediterrania, Placa del Castell, easy to get to Levante area, where the crazy pus and bars are as well as the more quiet area on Poniente Platja.

It’s not that I didn’t like anything but I do feel the food at breakfast needs improvement. The variety was excellent but cooking and presentation could improve. I also feel the roof top bar should stay open longer. Guests are on holiday relaxing don’t need a strict cut off time.

No area where you can sit in lovely comfortable chairs and settees, it would be wonderful. Also no information book, which would be very helpful.

Beautiful Hotel, spotlessly clean, good Breakfast. Lovely 6th floor sun terrace, fabulous views. Very helpful and friendly Staff. Went with my friends for 4 nights 20-24 June. 23
