The air conditioner was not working efficiently at nights. Room was really cold but only nights, especially towards the morning.

Everything was good. Very kind staffs, nice behaviors, always solution orianted. Hotel is in the heart of Barselona, really nice location. You can reach easily historical places and shops.

The staff were excellent; very friendly and helpful. The dinner in the hotel restaurant was excellent. The complimentary tapas and wine before dinner were a lovely surprise.

Staff were amazing, coffee on arrival, upgraded at check-in. Staff constantly checking in to see if we needed anything. 8th floor room was large with view onto Placa de Catalunya. Will book again when we return to Barcelona. The location was excellent.

The property was in a perfect central location in the city. It had beautiful views and had a great modern layout for the room. Bed was super comfortable and was a nice larger sized room than most hotels. The staff was incredible and even brought us a bottle of cava even though we didn’t include any special occasion in our booking reservation. We ended up celebrating our engagement at our hotel so everything worked out so perfectly! They even upgraded our room to a nice view again without even knowing why we were celebrating in Barcelona. One of the best hotels we have stayed in globally and we would definitely come back here when we are back in Barcelona in the future!

Limited menu choice for dinner in the Restaurant

Excellent location which made it very easy to access all key sites. We found all staff very pleasant and always seemingly going the extra mile to ensure our stay was comfortable. We had no issues with the room with barely any noise coming through from the city centre. We enjoyed breakfast with a wide array to select from.

The bathroom could use a little maintenance- small leak in washbasin faucet, shower door would not close properly. Nothing major.

A nice hotel at the very center of Barcelona. Staff was super friendly and nice, offered nice little things like coffee while we waited. Breakfast was very nice. Location is great right on Catalunya square with excellent access by foot to nice areas and by metro to everywhere.

We booked a superior double room and we were upgraded to a suite. The service was exceptional and had a bottle of champagne waiting in our room. The staff was very friendly and the location was perfect.

Nothing the stay was excellent.

Customer service was excellent, all staff were friendly and could not do enough to assist. We were given an early check in and a late check out. Breakfast was well stocked, hot and freshly cooked with a good variety. Location was excellent and even though the square outside was busy, the hotel was very quiet and calm inside. Thank you for an amazing stay and if we return to Barcelona we will definitely stay with you again.

It was the tiny bits like, in the toilet, where water runs down from the shower into the gap next to the toilet it has dirt build up which i know is very hard to get too, and when I pulled back the sheet on the bed by mistake, there was hair.

Everything was great, the service was excellent, and the staff are amazing, central location you can get everywhere you need to be, the bus from the airport stops across the road, buss tours on the other side of the square... Really amazing hotel.

Everything was perfect there isn’t anything to improve.

Best location, very convenient for walking to all touristic areas. Staff was very friendly, greatest one I have ever seen in a hotel. Especially staff working in the reception was very helpful. There is a free lounge service with food included. Excellent breakfast with rich selection. Room was clean. Overall everything was amazing would definitely come back again.

The room I originally requested was not available so was upgraded to a room with a plaza view. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Our room looked just like the picture above with a king bed. On the top floor there is a view towards the Gothic Quarter of Barcelona. It was perfect for photos. My husband and I were treated to a complimentary glass of wine. We ended up eating at the hotel restaurant which was amazing. This stay was to be able to comfortably catch an early flight the next day. Our next visit, we will be visiting with the Olivia Plaza for several days. One night just wasn't enough time to there.
