The beds are hard and the pillows too flat. Something more comfortable would have made our stay much better.

Great location and great small hotel find. The staff is friendly and helpful and the facilities are quite nice.

If you are driving, then you've got to resort public parking as the hotel carpark is often full. The surrounding is pretty lively & noisy.

The hotel is right smack in the centre of the old quarters. Its restaurant and alfresco patio is constantly filled to the brim. The room offered us was on the top floor and had a sun/moon window. Room size was adequate. We didn't try the spa facilities, so no comment. The counter staff are very helpful.

See above: Broken jacuzzi in spa and too many people admitted. Charge for breakfast that we did not have.

This was our second stay. Loved the room - it was renovated compared to the older room we had last year. Disappointed with spa as the jacuzzi was not working and there were too many people admitted to be able to enjoy it. Also ended up with a breakfast charge although we did not consume breakfast. Given the price (9 Euros per person) we booked it assuming it was a buffet (our error). When it turned out it was the very same items available at the bar (tortilla, coffee, orange juice, and bread), we decided to go for breakfast elsewhere which the front desk person on duty said was perfectly fine. When this charge was still on our bill when we checked out, we were told that the hotel made no mistake and therefore would not cancel the charge. We did get a refund for the overcrowded spa with a faulty jacuzzi. Of note, we very much enjoyed the spa last year, so depending on timing of year and bookings, would still recommend assuming everything is working as it should.

Last time I stayed they had a great buffet breakfast..this time they still cgarged 9 euros but it was served from the bar.. the orange juice was cheap carton juice, and I wasnnot offered a choice of breakfast bit instead presented with a croissant, egg tortilla , and ham on toast.. as I'm vegan I couldnt eat it.. coffee was OK but the bar staff serving were disinterested .. such a small thing spoiled a great stay. Bring back the buffet breakfadt

Noise in corridor all night and a knocking sound. But the town comes alive again at 11pm till 3am So expected. Spa was not useable you need a swim hat and flip flops then travel to another location for this!! Plus an additional fee.

Location was on the strip. Had to walk in and park in local car park. But enjoyed this and saw lots on route. Food in restaurant was fantastic.

A major downside are the spa services they offer. They may be family friendly, but I found the sauna, the Turkish bath, and the Jacuzzi were all just above room temperature. Others sharing these facilities and were as confused as I was. The families seemed to enjoy the experience. For €15 I was greatly disappointed.

The hotel is a very reasonably priced somewhat luxurious hotel an absolute prime location. There is a nice bar downstairs. Breakfast is offered in the basement and was quite adequate. Breakfast is offered at 7 AM but the lady was nice enough to let me in a little early.

Noisy. General street noise until early hours. Diesel generated cherry picker outside once a week to water window boxes along entire street. Started at 7.10am (still dark) and carried on for 90 mins. Up and down every 2 mins with engine noise.

Spa was nice. Rooms basic. Very nice staff. They weren’t organized regarding robe/cap drop offs, but the price was great, so I can’t complain about a spa day in Spain even if I was shorted about 15 minutes of spa time. I’d 100% stay again.

The kitchen operates on Spanish time and for a hungry foreign traveler was frustrating.

The property was located in the heart of León and very easy to get to. The staff was very accommodating and smiled all through my many questions.

For a hotel of this cost few disappointing things. Not one hook in the bathroom and only one towel rail over shower. Only a ceiling window which had very limited opening range. Couldnt use when raining. As someone doing the camino being able to hang clothes is vital. Very hard in this room.
