The location is very good and also that the area is closed with fence all around. The breakfast is always excellent both for kids and adults. We also enjoyed the Gala dinner on Christmas day. And the animation in the evenings was great. We want to come again and again to HD Parque Cristobal!

The apartments were very spacious and quaint looking. Lots of activities for families. Breakfast was really good. Big selection.

Food was only OK, nothing special. Barhroom design is stupid as hell: open showering space and you get the whole bathroom flooded after each shower

Great stuff, a lot of things to do inside the hotel's campus, spacious bungalows. Clean and nice! Proximity to city center, maybe a 10min walk.

Pool area probably a little small. A few cockroaches in our room.

Location is fantastic - close to the beach and the bars we like to go to. Streets are clean. Hotel is clean. Entertainment staff very good and friendly with just the right amount of interaction. Good room size for 4 adults in the 2 bed bungalow. A perfect location for an older girls trip.

There is no parking. You have to park in the street. I was specifically searching for a place with parking. This place is too expensive for what you get. But I guess so is everything else in the south of the island.

Breakfast is nice. Staff is very friendly. Beach is close by.

I really enjoyed my experience in this hotel. There is nothing that I've felt that could be improved.

Location is perfect. Close to a few beaches in a walking distance. Also close to the nightlight and shops. Compared to other hotels, it had a lot of entertainment at the pools but was not that noisy. Breakfast and Dinner was great. Had a lot of options to choose from so even if I disliked a dish, there was plenty to choose from. All the staff was nice, from the receptionist to the waiters at the restaurant and the cook! Beds were really comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and the showers great. Recommended!

Not the first room by the kids pool...very bad children at the table on our patio and using the beds outside our door... very little privacy We were moved to room up steps from adult pool right next to outside sitting area by restaurant It was perfect

Location didn't suit us. If the location is what you are looking for the accommodation is perfect!

Accommodation was perfect for families, food was brilliant. Entertainment team were really good.

Our room didn't have any wifi. The room was okay but the balcony was comically bad. The AC was good but it was annoying that you had to power it on every time someone opened the door or a window, then it took quite some time to start working again.

Nothing, everything was perfect for us.

Fantastic resort. Bungalows are spacious for a family with beautiful large bedrooms, a big bathroom, kitchen and sitting area. Each come with a spacious private terrace with table and chairs and sun beds if you wish. Staff are amazing, friendly and really helpful. Bungalows are cleaned and fresh towels everyday except Sunday which is a real treat. Breakfast amazing too, huge selection to choose from. Second time here and we will definitely be back. Two swimming pools on the resort, one perfect for kids. Location is perfect too, right in the middle of everything 😀

The cleaning could have been better, especially floors and dishes. Air condition could have been better. And where was mold in the bathroom top window.

For a family of five kids 10 and 13 the sofa bed was not too comfortable Not much food to choose from at lunch if you do not have all inclusive. Breakfast was not that good, good o milette, too much white bread and pastry.

The staff in the lobby and breakfast was helpful welcoming but not at the bar by the pool. Animtation team was brilliant. Clean rooms. Very good for families, swimming pools good. Plenty of sunbeds.
