Room cold on arrival, although heated up quickly. No dedicated disabled rooms. I could not use bath/shower. Would prefer a duvet to sheet/blanket (although this seems common in Spanish hotels)

Ideal location. Just off motorway and close to Valencia. Ample on site parking. Very friendly, helpful staff who accommodated my disability needs. Value for money restaurant in hotel. Extremely comfortable beds. Spacious room.

Out of the way in an industrial park. Took a long time to check in. Breakfast was pretty basic.

It was a little noisy for us old pensioners:). Positioned in a Hightech Park, with University nearby and good links to Valencia city centre and nightlife, there was obviously lots going on in the evening for the youngsters. But all ok, and didn't spoil our visit.

Just about everything. The food selection was good, tasted delicious and a fair price. Room, staff, facilities and comfort all good. Breakfast tasty and checkout without delays

car parking - parking lots for electric cars occupy too much of a space considering most the time practically all were vacant. Parking is not ideal if you have to get around those palms. Palm trees are a positive trait, it´s good they are there, but parking lots by the hotel building are quite narrow for big SUV´s and their drivers rather selfish, not paying attention to neighboring lots.

The bathroom had a funny smell. No milk at breakfast. The car park was badly laid out. It was great for Teslas but for other cars, not so much. The entrance could have been better signposted.

The staff were lovely, the room was quiet and clean. I got a reasonable night's sleep. Dinner was tasty and good value.

The breakfast is an absolute disaster, only 2 slices of ham and one of cheese. No fruits, no vegetables, no eggs, one of the worst breakfast I have ever saw.

The location was excellent for what I needed, the room was decent and clean. A big plus that I was allowed to check in at 10:00AM

Not the hotels fault but limited restaurants etc in the local area.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, ordering taleaway food for us when we arrived late at night and patiently explaining the menu. Also happy to order taxis for us.

It was very busy with a youth soccer team, but that is nothing the hotel is responsible for.

Clean room with a bath, friendly personnel and a nice breakfast. Dinner was very cheap, and even though not everyone understood english, we managed to communicate nonetheless.

The breakfast was a bit scarce

The hotel was at the outskirts of Valencia, ideal if you’re travelling by car. We really enjoyed the quiet and peacefulness of its location :) Also the staff did its best to accomodate our needs even though the platform (booking) misinformed about the kind of bedroom we had booked.

The bathroom was well appointed but there was a "funny smell", which was slightly unpleasant. The cleaning staff did not quite understand. We did not mention it to the reception staff and it did not ruin our stay.

Everyone was very helpful. The hotel is in a great position for the technology park but there are not many restaurants nearby in the evening.. this is not really the fault of the hotel! The in-house restaurant was fine but dis not open until 8.30pm. This takes some getting used to if you are not Spanish.

The location was perfect (I had to attend a conference in Camara de Valencia). The staff was friendly and helpful. The daily menu for dinner was good.
