Smell of cigarette smoke in the room when nearby rooms were smoking, despite doors being closed. You could hear every noise next door. Food in restaurante not hot enough

Next to the beach, great bar and we'll priced drinks. Great selection of food, just didn't stay warm long

Walls are very thin..you can hear conversations from neighbouring room people coming in at 2am and talking really loud..woke us up 😑 ..then proceeded to continue this til gone 3am

I was impressed with this hotel and initially thought that the only thing I could find to criticize was the coffee at breakfast 🙄 - BUT then the majority of dinner on the second night had obviously been heated up from lunch-time (stale and dry) 😩 which from the Hotel was a little cheap, and for me, disappointing.

The location of the hotel is excellent. The room was not big but adequate with an outstanding sea view and small balcony. Beds comfortable, (I did ask for a double but got two singles pushed together 😒) and both room and bathroom were very clean. Booked breakfast and dinner and happy with the quantity, variety and service and generally with the quality, (see below). Overall I would say a good place to stay and good value for money.

TV in the room to small. Funny :) Walls to thin, so I could hear snoring of neighbours.

View is fantastic. All the rooms are with sea view. Of course higher = better. Brekfast - surprisingly good. You should not expect more in such class of hotels Room - simple and clean.

The room next door seemed to be for short term let the first guy was loud when talking on the phone as i heard every word of his conversation though the wall, the next couple likes there soundbar to be loud and try to talk over it after warning him that he and his soundbar will be thrown of the 7th floor balcony it was switched off. Did say sorry to them next morning after breakfast. Wall lack soundproofing.

Nice view from my room nice to fall asleep with the crashing waves and up high enough to stop any traffic disturbing sleep. Tv was good great reception and a great sound. Wanted to buy one for my property but forgot model number. Breakfast was buffet style and the quality was great as well as the staff service. Staff left the room alone as i sanatized it due to COVID so it saved me wandering what surfaces had been touched... i thank them for understanding. Staff always had a friendly smile and helpful.

No soundproof walls. These walls are too thin. So, noise is a major handicap if you want to sleep.

we were on 17th floor & thought room would be quite but the walls are paper thin & it was annoyingly easy to hear people talking (at a normal level) especially when trying to sleep

parking was difficult

check in very good, check put not so. staff were friendly, efficient. bar staff excellent. room was small but that's okay , very clean and really all you needed. sea facing room which was great. hotel was not totally open due to Pandemic but coped very well and felt safe. Breakfast was excellent huge range of food for you to pick from - well worth paying for as part of booking. would return. gave top marks due to world situation.

The rooms have thin walls- I didn’t get a single good nights sleep because you’re woken up to banging around and woken up early when the cleaners are moving beds around.

I liked the location of the hotel and that the beach was right outside.
