Such a beautifully designed hotel in a lovely location. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and welcoming and the rooms were well thought out and very comfortable. Would highly recommend choosing Hotel S’Antiga to anyone wanting to explore the island.

Its exceptional customer service, immaculate cleanliness, and modern amenities. The staff are warm with welcoming approach, making feel right at home from the moment you arrive. The hotel is new, with recently upgraded furniture, state-of-the-art facilities, and fresh, crisp linens. A comfortable and luxurious stay in a contemporary environment that's been meticulously maintained. Their breakfast is delightful that caters a variety of tastes with a lot of local products (cheses, 'ensaimandas' and 'sobrasadas')

Hotel is nice and quiet. Breakfast was amazing. Rooms, elegant and clean. But Mr. Tomeu, with all his informations, and suggestions, did the the difference between very good experience and excellent experience. He and other staff in hotel are the cherry on the top! I hope that the owner realises that his people are making the difference!

It was all great! Recommend. Go stay. (Some very particular guests may prefer a lift/elevator but I am 7 months pregnant and it was fine as it is only 2 stories, and they take your bags up)

From the start they were communicative and helpful. The owner Tomeu came out to meet us at our taxi and his whole staff were just so helpful the whole time - from bus schedules to ensuring a lovely breakfast. Best included breakfast have maybe ever had in any boutique hotel I can think of. And the hotel itself is beautifully, tastefully decorated, tranquil with even our room -technically a smaller one - a great size and wonderfully designed. Air con worked very well, elegant shower and modern everything. Es Mercadel was an ideal town even for us without a car as the buses are infrequent yet reliable and the town itself has great bakeries, shops and perfect town square for some food or drink, and nice restaurants. Not too touristy yet ok if you are they are very friendly. If you do rent/hire a car, it is perfectly located to get to a number of north or south beaches and coastal spots in about 20 minutes. But the hotel itself is easily one of the nicest we have stayed at for this (v reasonable ) price; I say this as a couple that can be pretty particular and like to get good value for money. This was our 'babymoon' and it ticked all the boxes. All Pool was small but lovely, just not hot enough to use so we had drinks out there at night. Thanks to Tomeu and his staff.

Hotel S'Antiga is in a great little town, right in the middle of the island so a great base for exploring. Beaches are close by ( we liked San Tomas ) and easy access to the main ME-1 road which runs across the island. The hotel is beautiful, and Romeu was the most friendly and helpful manager. Great breakfast.

The hotel was first class. The room and overall hotel were of exceptional design quality and the staff were friendly, helpful and professional. The outside patio area was calming and great for relaxing in the afternoon and evening. Everywhere was easily walkable in the town and the hotel is well located for exploring the central area of the island. Breakfast was well presented, varied and plentiful. Truely wished we had stayed longer.

The air conditioning is generally either heating or cooling depending on the time of the year. I tend to like my rooms a little cooler so had to open the window to lower the temperature but it wasn’t the end of the world.

Excellent Service - Tomeu was fantastic. Gave me A lot of recommendations and really helped tailor my trip. The staff were very patient with my requests and my timings. Breakfast was a lovely continental spread. Room was very comfortable and clean and quite spacious considering it was a basic room. I got a complimentary bottle of cava which was lovely. Location was excellent very central and great for navigating the island. It was also very quiet and safe - I could go out and wander back safely at any time of the night without fear as a solo female traveller. There was nearby parking for my car rental. Can’t recommend this hotel enough - it was exactly as advertised and exceeded my expectations.

Tomeu was an amazing host always available and very sweet. The hotel was even better than in the pictures. Very clean, very design. And the staff was super nice. The location was perfect as well as it was in the center of the island so better to then visit everything.
