The only suggestion I have is to change light bulbs to have a warmer light.

Spacious room with a stunning view of the ocean (sunset is a true show). A natural pool with sea water and a beach are just downstairs. Parking available. Quiet at night. I particularly liked that the apartment was complete with every kind of device and they left me food for breakfast. It was also full if bathroom products, including sun protection. Bed was very comfortable.

The host was very friendly and the apartment felt like home. We stayed there for 4 days and enjoyed our stay very much. The building is located right on a cliff with continuous waves sound. Its beautiful to just relax, not many tourists in the area. There are not many restaurants in the area, maybe 15-20 mins walk, but for us it was not a problem as we chose to cook at the apartment. The host even provided some cheese and milk and basics.

Everything! This place was absolutely amazing. The owner is one of the nicest persons we ever met, who helped us with everything, including trip ideas and a little food surprise when we arrived. The location of the appartment has a stunning view on the ocean. During the whole time, we had our windows opened and were listening to the sound of waves. The appartment was very clean and has everything to spend a nice vacation.

There is nothing we disliked about the property, but you need to have a car because there is not much happening around the property.

If you want to go away from the mass tourism in the south this is the perfect place to stay. The apartment is clean with all appliances that you need. The view is perfect, we watched sunset every day. You have two public beaches a stone throw from the building. The host is super nice and full od advices about what to do and where to go for some fun in the area.

There wasn’t very good phone signal outside. I know this isn’t anything to do with the property, however it was slightly inconvenient once I’d left the wifi range of the apartment to not be able to check google.

The host, Alfonso, was excellent. He met me outside the apartment to show me round, and provided me with recommendations for restaurants and bars nearby with the best way to get to them. He had also left me some comforts in the apartment to make my stay more comfortable. The apartment was clean and tidy, and very comfortable. This is a perfect stay if you want to stay away from the tourist part of Tenerife in the south, although I would suggest having your own car to travel around.

The owner is a wonderful man that shows us everything. We were surprised by the care of landlords - how facility is equipped. There is everything there from sun creme to teeth brush. From small spoons and knifes until everything for cooking. The facility is very clean and design of interior impressed us, as it looks very tiny and cozy.

The location is a bit remote. So you take a long time to reach from the center. A bike/car is essential to commute.

The room was super clean and the host provided excellent hospitality. The view from the room window was very pleasant.

the flat is not located close to a bigger supermarket or restaurants, but we had a car for our trip in Teneriffa, therefore, it was not a big problem for us. Parking is available and free close to the appartment.

The flat is really beautiful and newly renovated with a wonderful view over the sea! we loved to sleep by the sound of the sea.

Be aware that you most definitely need a car if you want to stay there.

Great, comfortable apartment with a great view! Had everything we needed, including some stuff we haven't thought of when coming to Tenerife, like beach towels. Antonio (host) was awesome, waited for us till the late evening as we had troubles renting a car and even left us some snacks and beers for the first evening at the apartment :) Highly recommend!

The apartment is really very nice with incredible ocean view but it's located in a 10 floor building with many other apartments in it. Seems to be quite noisy place with many habitants living there. The surrounding of the building is a bit overwhelming - dark tunel leading to a beach, a lot of concrete and other buildings around not very relaxing as for holidays stay, fully packed parking. Also access to the Mesa del Mar is quite challenging via steep winding road it's maybe an attraction but good to keep it in mind. In the offer there is a private parking place available at public parking lot but public parking was fully booked and we were offered paid place 5E/day. It wasn't mention in the offer that parking is extra paid. We were told the swimming pool downstairs is from time to time flooded by the tides and the building itself has been affected while ago by very high waves reaching 4th floor so not everything looks nice after that incident. It's a pity that there were not many realistic pictures in the offer from the surroundings of the apartment as we wouldn't book it.

Alfonso and his wife are very nice. Very friendly welcome, wine, cold water, fruits, ice creams have been waiting for us in the apartment what was really very nice. Apartment has everything you may need for comfy stay - kitchen is fully equipped. It's very cosy and clean.
