We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The location was superb and it was very clean. Martha was incredible and kept everyone so happy and entertained throughout. She could do everything well with a smile on her face & I loved the morning Yoga classes. She had a beautiful happy soul and likes to make people happy and help them to enjoy their holiday - Superstar!! Super Barmen too - they were always cheerful and accommodating - made the holiday even more enjoyable - thank you!

We have been staying for 10 days at Hotel San REMO. Food: Lunch was good enough and dinner too. Quality of substances was good, fresh vegetables and fruits. Tasty, i was contended. For 3* Hotel 3/4 average. Hotel: Room was cleaned every day. Friendly personal. Bar by the pool, Beach over the street(50m from the poolbar) beds rental at the place (10e/piece) Everyday´s program, zumba in the pool, darts,karaoke and live music was good. Cigarette automat in the hotel. Rent a car from hotel´s coop was very good, we´ve got a new model car. It was great time, and i can just recommend to go, all inclusive was the best option!

United Kingdomentertainment was a bit ropey but was only on for an hour or so, so you could leave and enjoy other local bars if you wanted to. I couldn’t get even tipsy of the drink in the hotel, no matter how many cocktails I drank. I went over to mambo, had three and was wobbly… so I can’t really understand why.
Brilliant view from the room onto the bay. Handy water taxi to the other side of the bay. However taxi is cheaper overall to cafe del mar/ mambos. Great variety of food, bar snacks etc

Great food, good selection for breakfast and lunch, restaurant was clean and bright (we didn't have the dinner as were out), the beer was good but the cocktails were a bit watery. Room was a great size for 3 guests, we had a deluxe room.

GermanyThe doors to the pool opened at 9:00, but there were people standing in line from 8:00 to reserve the beds with just a towel for their whole family. The bad thing was that they didn't use the beds until 11 or 12. That means you see the empty reserved beds until at least 11. On the other hand, the neighboring hotel guests also use the swimming pool and restaurants in this hotel, so it was too crowded. The floors were too noisy at night and we could not sleep well. The guests were too loud. And they did not care about the guests, so they did not change our towels and just hung the old ones instead of changing them.
You can eat the food for 15 Euros.

It’s our third visit to this hotel and won’t be our last. Food was very nice. A good choice every day. Breakfast was great. Staff were helpful and friendly and nice to see the guy at the bar still who has worked there for over a hundred years!! The rebrand and updated communal areas look great too. See you all again soon

Very central, but not too close. Great hotel and lovely staff. Plus side it's right on top on the beach. Clear water. Amazing. Also there's a water taxi just outside to take you to the other side and all for 4 euros per person. Great, clean place.
