Hard to say, enjoyed the 5 days we stayed, the lifts were slow and all didn't work, in places the hotel looked dated and in the gym which we enjoyed the equipment was broken and seemed that this had been down for a while

Initial room faced away from the see, moved to another room with better view, paid for upgrade but was worth it. Staff very friendly at reception.

The entrance was bland and unwelcoming, and the staff were not engaging with information. This hotel must have had the slowest of lift we have ever seen. People old and young were taking the stairs up and down as it was better than to stand waiting for one lift at a time. The only comfortable chairs there was round the pool area was for smokers, and this was in the only shaded area as well.

The location was excellent, and having parking facilities was a major bonus for us.

Only the bar by the swimming pool was open and only one member of staff was there, so took a little while to get our drinks. Sometimes we had to wait a long time for the lifts.

Our room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Location was great , very close to the beach and close to the train station from where it is only 10 minutes to the airport. We had half board, there was a big selection of food which we enjoyed.

The hotel is a bit outdated and not so clean. It’s a large hotel, but during the high season seemed empty during the days. Still on the breakfast it was full and the breakfast room was a very noisy, big hall. The swimming pool area is a bit outdated and dirty as well. This hotel is nothing special, wouldn’t recommend anyone to pay so much for this hotel.

I booked this hotel because your website stated it was all-inclusive, but this was not the case. We had to pay €1.50 for our daily water consumption. While this might not seem like much, you consume a lot of water in very hot, beachside weather. Alternatively, we could get plastic cups for €3 and get a refund upon returning them. However, when you get the cups from the outdoor area of the hotel, you receive a slip of paper, and if you lose it, you won’t get your money back. Also, if you check out before 10 a.m. for any reason, the place is closed, and you cannot get your money back. My experience with this hotel felt like a budget Ryanair flight. I hope you enjoy your stay here.

Rooms are small and lacking cosy ness

Ground floor lobby is very clean and looks like recently refurbished. Loads of spaces to sit and relax. Hotel location is good. I think its more like 3 star not 4 star.

Nice hotel, I was unwell whilst staying there (staying alone and as someone who doesn't speak Spanish) and the staff were fantastic - they really looked after me and got me help when I needed it, offering to bring me food etc. Couldn't have been better cared for, and would visit again.

The staff was quite friendly and helpful.The breakfast buffet had enough variety .I made a reservation B&B but I regreted not to buy full board..It is definitely worth to get half board or full board.

Maybe it was out of season when I travelled but pool bar was shut during the day and I believe the indoor bar closed early on an evening. The gate to beach wouldn’t open when coming back in you had to walk round

Staff excellent problems attended to immediately r/c for TV and broken door hinge on fridge cabinet replaced and repaired within the hour Reception staff extremely attentive and helpful.

We ate at the bar and got drinks a few times, although the service was fine, it would have been better if it had been delivered with a smile!

Convenient parking, location is perfect, hotel is large and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful, room was good sized and clean. Breakfast was buffet style and had a nice selection, although the eggs were cold both days.

Air con did not work and it was noisy to sleep with doors open, complimentary tea/coffee/water was limited, pools were not heated, there was a strong smell of toilet drifting from the facilities in downstairs spaces some of the time

The floor in the hotel room is so cold. Sound isolation is bad, or maybe I just had loud neighbors.

Location near the beach. Bus and train are not so far as well. Hotel is big and clean. Sea view from the balcony is fantastic. There’s a gym and beautiful swimming pool area. Stuff is friendly
