You could not leave your luggage in a locker or supervised space and there was no staff, only the cleaner for some hours.

I had self check-in and there was a nice cafe close by. The hostel had nice and clean common spaces. The beds were basic but my room was quiet.

I didn't like the girl who was sleeping above me. Very disrespectful, not clean one:) Also the beddings were old enough. Don't like also that towel and safe are extra paid.

The location is very good, just near the city center, SOL metro station. The bed was comfortable. Wi-fi was in such areas bad, but if you switch to SANTO 5G it works well. The cleaning lady was very nice, thought she doesn't speak English, and we used to communication with body language:))

The rooms could do with a better cleaning of the floor aswell as the general cleanness of the showers.

Good value for money with the location. Beds were comfortable and host was helpful and quick to respond via WhatsApp.

The bathrooms were smelly even after being cleaned. Maybe they need a proper desinfektion. Also for a whole morning, 7am-12pm there was no toilet paper in the bathrooms.

They didn't have reception, no storage for luggages, no curtains at the beds and the door broke a few times during my 17 day stay.

The cleaning lady was very hardworking and deserves a raise! I also met nice people! The location is very good.

In the girls room the WiFi was low, but in other areas was good. I didn´t stay the whole day in the room so it didn´t affect much =)

The location was really great, near train station, stores, main streets, supermarket, people was really friendly, easy to find.

The cleaning happens only once a day, with so many people using all facilities it's definitely not enough

Overall design and all facilities are quite good, location is super convenient. The kitchen is well equipped, the dining place is nice, the bed is small, but quite comfortable

I would've liked to have the option to rent or pay for a towel and another pillow (mine was really small). Friday morning there wasn't electricity in the property, so I couldn't turn on any light or charge my phone. It would be a good recommendation to the customers to bring earplugs and towel.

The hostal was clean and the room was beautifully decorated. In general, the atmosphere is enjoyable and comfortable. The location is wonderful.

There isn’t much i didn’t like about the property, overall it was clean during the day, the bathroom got quite dirty in the evening, but it wasn’t at all unbearable.

It was a truly pretty hostel, such a cute vibe, everyone was very friendly and the pool table really helps to befriending the other people in the hostel, it is also located in a fantastic area, everything is extremely close by, walking distance to all of the touristy places.

Too crowded, too many people for the space, especially the bathroom. Lack of privacy, you need to cross the main room to go the bathroom. Also, bunkbeds should have curtains at this standing level. Some noise insulation should be added to the bedroom doors, as people sometimes stay up late chatting loudly in the main room.

The wifi was pretty bad, I had to use my 4G most part of the time and when you get there to the first time is a bit hard to find out how to open the door but once you learn is easy.

The hostel is in a great location in the center and you can walk to the gran via and all the other places on foot what’s awesome! Is cleaned everyday by a lady and there is a great view to the plaza de santo domingo. I love the accommodations, the bed was great also.
