I didn’t enjoy my experience paying on your platform. Have my credit card, was emailed a day later to say the card was declined ( it wasn’t) gave new card details to update the payment using my debit card ( money wasn’t taken) I paid again sending the funds direstvto the hotel operators act. When I arrived the money hadn’t been allocated to my booking and I had to pay again. After two days the hotel located my payment and I was credited for the second payment. This became an issue only because your platform didn’t work. I may consider using another operator next time. I don’t blame the hotel.

You need a cab or car to get around to places as it’s off a main road and crossing to the shops on the other side can take about 20 mins to walk.

Where do I even start! It a fantastic 5 star hotel, with very large rooms, comfortable and really large size beds and pillows, wonderful amenities and fantastic service and a very filling, tasty and enjoyable breakfast. It is a nice modern building, and ticked all the boxes with a fridge, iron, safe, and L’occtaine bath and body products. It is an adult only hotel, and has a very relaxing ambiance, 2 pools, inside and outside bars, a spa, and a resturant for dinner, making it a place for couples to come round, chill and unwind from all of life’s worries and de-stress. Had a wonderful and relaxing time and can’t wait to visit again.

Not very close to the beach which is fairly untidy with no facilities. Very good Lebanese restaurant close.

Upgrade to junior suite. Worth a little Extra. lovely pool area although we did not use it as it was cold in November.

This 5 star is rather old and worn-out with a much needed facelift. Reception staff (although friendly) didn't explain the hotel facilities, restaurant timings or anything about the whereabouts. The spa is rather basic and had the steam room out of order. The gym also had half of the equipment out of order. Expected more of a 5 star

the hotel is "tired" - the rooms need refurbishing - sagging aged sofa's (sofa beds), battered wood furniture, torn lamp shade, 'missing' small amenities, soiled carpets in the hallways - not a 5-star from my rating and certainly a 4-star - just suggest the investors decide to fully refurbish - and perhaps also to keep it open all winter so as to allow staff continuity plus to build the hotels ratings once the refurbishings have been completed.

The rooms were lovely comfortable spacious and very clean. We also had a extra large balcony. The staff was all very nice ,very accomadating.

Beautiful hotel, lovely staff but didn't have breakfast although we was told by other guests that it was very good. Would definitely stay again.

My third time here in the last few months but the ground floor rooms are not the best, the sound transferred between the rooms is considerable so i would not stay again on the ground floor. Otherwise everything was as expected.

The hotel looks a bit tired in places. Furniture outdated.

A mixup on the hotels part, which was proved by us in black-and-white that we had requested but frustratingly the receptionist said that the booking.com request did not get transferred directly to the hotel.  other than that a decent hotel in good location. 

Good location and value for money We booked this room for our daughter and her friend to stay in. They did enjoy the trip including the hotel.

We booked 2 rooms, one of them for a night less and specified which one - this caused a mixup on the hotels part which wouldn’t have been a problem but they insisted on us moving into the other room on the last day resulting in two hours of messing about in the middle of the day. Totally unnecessary.

It was good value for money, nice and clean and good location.

Beds at the pool area were difficult to find if you arrived at mid morning, especially if you wanted beds in the sun Enough beds in the shade but this was quite cool at this time of year

Locations not good as it has nothing by it, I had to walk miles each day, it also cost a fortune in taxis as buses were unreliable.. Situated on a very busy main road. Furniture in rooms could do with a bit of TLC.

The gym has 60% of equipment broken so it was basically useless and huge disappointment. The internet was limited to one device. Not what I expect of a 5 star hotel. Lamp in my room was broken also. Again I expect everything to be in working order at a 5 star. This was a 4 star experience.

Loved the room size, breakfast, pool, general location and amenities.
