Although a good size the room was very basic , not enough sun beds to go around for the amount of guests and lots of queues in the restaurants

The lifts, only 2 very small lifts, we was on floor 9 so not ideal and the busier the hotel got the longer the waits. The sunbeds, you had to get there at 6am to get beds. By 10.15 if you weren’t at your beds the lifeguards take your towels away. Considering breakfast is until 10.30 it’s a bit harsh. The evening food wasn’t great, not a big choice.

Good fresh vegetables for the salads. Nice meats and fish at dinner, we even had sushi on one of the nights. The location is 10-30 mins walk along a beautiful coastline to four different beaches that are good for snorkeling.

For the first time we had to rent to use the locker. Not even deposit but renting, even the other 3 star hotels i have stayed in Europe gave complimentary use of locker. The food gets repetitive,by the end of 3 days we were just done with the food.

The views are just amazing. It’s exactly like how its shown in the picture.One can just sit by and admire the beauty of the place. Everything was fancy about the place. The food was almost similar every day but we always found something we can eat. The drinks in all inclusive were good.While the resort is far from airport we booked our transfer through hotel website and it worked perfectly fine.

The food was not good at all. The meat was very chewy and hard. We gave up on the meat 2 days in. There was not a lot of variety of food. Everyday was the same. The pizza was frozen and it wasn’t cooked properly. We had to each out sometimes as we were sick of eating salads all day. The only good thing was the lunch desserts. There was a lot of them and they were all quite good. The beach close to the hotel had some sort of bacteria in it. There was a sign which we noticed after swimming. It was full of seaweed and it was dirty. There was a beach approx. 10-15min walk from the hotel which was cleaner with no seaweed. However, that beach was usually packed and there was no more room to lay down. Overall it was a very enjoyable stay and to anyone looking for a nice getaway, I would recommend!

I stayed here with my partner. Hotel was very nice. Reception staff were extremely helpful. The view from the room was exceptional and the room was relatively clean. There was 2 single beds joined together which wasn’t ideal for a couple but the beds were comfortable enough. The pool area was very big. There was 3 bars around the pool. There was a lot of entertainment during the day. Every hour there was something going out from Aqua gym to water Polo. Always something to do. Both of us enjoyed our stay very much.

Good location on the sea front. Lovely walk in front of the hotel and a couple of beaches nearby. The pools were good and there were plenty of areas to sit outside. The room was clean and adequate with a balcony with a sea view. The entertainment was good also. Entertainment staff enthusiastic. Food was typical of all inclusive hotel buffet food and adequate. Plenty of fresh fruit and salads.

I booked a room facing the sea but when I arrived they put me in a room with a side view of the sea. I showed my book to the receptionist and she didn't bother to solve my problem, she looked at me and told me to solve it with booking.com. Very disregard for the customer, did not even try to help me.

only downside which isn’t there fault, is the flies around the snack bar cold foods, toasties breads etc is covered in flies, they really need something more to cover them. it physically put me off, chips sausages burgers where covered with the metal lids… would have enjoyed a few toastie snacks but ended up with crisps etc at shop as it was so bad I couldn’t eat from it… pool was deep great for diving and playing. maybe a few more games during the day for entertainment, water aerobics and water bingo/polo most days, one of the guys skin isn’t great with chlorine so wasn’t able to join in

The groups of tourists were uncontrollable. Most of the day at the pool areas there was some kind of "party" going on. And the fact that almost ruined our vacation was that, even though the was a clear rule stating that the sunbeds are not to be reserved. And we came to find out that the guests would throw their towels on the sunbeds from the night before to reserve them and I would have to wake up at 7 am to be able to have a sunbed.

We loved the location and the food was amazing! The stuff was very nice and helpful and it was exceptionally clean!

-The food was repetitive sometimes and the choices were not too many. - The cleaning was catastrophic especially the bathroom. The floor was dirty after cleaning and the balcony was discussing. We were forced to clean it ourselves. -The elevator was too small and was delayed all the time and we waited up to 10 minutes sometimes. -The biggest problem was the staff! They were way unpleasant and unprofessional. This is our first time in Spain and maybe it’s like this here? They couldn’t speak English well and in some occasions when we asked them about something they just say something in Spanish and left us? I’ve been in Greece many times and it’s very big difference how the treat the tourists there.

The room was big with nice sea view and the AC was so good.

there is a lot of negative things that we don’t like, first the lift was every time busy, we was waiting 5-10 min and very small for this big hotel, the room wich I selected was big family room with sea view and we paid extra money for this selection and when we get there it was a simple double room with see view and the beds was separated, then we go back to the reception to report and they just told us that this room don’t exist in this hotel🙄😳
