Had to ask multiple times for kettle but couldnt get it.

We visited Sol Katmandu for the second time, this time with two kids 3 and 6 years old. Its a perfect family getaway and great location. Food was great at breakfast. For dinner , as we had our dad with us who is a vegetarian, we struggle d to find food options. However Tomas from the restaurant was a great help as he would get customized food options for us. He was the best manager we had seen and provided excellent customer service. Looking forward for our visit again.

They often have larger groups checking in, so even if you just want a beach towel you have to wait 15/20min. Signs in rooms advise that if you hang up your towel, you can reuse it. All our towels were changed which I think is not environmentally friendly.

Location is superb, they have lots of activities for kids, our room had an ocean view, they had a great selection for breakfast. Staff were friendly

The drinks were all low quality, including beer. I would recommend just a little improvement and everything would be great. Crowded area around the swimming pool.

Breakfast was left for us as we travelled very early, I understand that was not breakfast as served in the morning, but it was very little choice for our fussy kids. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

Lovely resort, our kids enjoyed park time. Wish we stayed one more day.

Fun place with the kids for a few nights, couldn’t imagine this for longer. It’s based in magaluf which is rough as. But the hotel is friendly welcoming with reasonable food and drinks and millions of things to keep the kids happy

The WIFI was overall poor, this was a shame as at night time my son was unable to watch his youtube videos and call family back home in our quiet times of the day. Also I needed it to contact home and work.

I enjoyed the fact that the 4D cinemas and the waterpark was all included in our stay, my 10 year old son loved the zombie experience and the upside down house (as he calls it). He also mentioned that the slush puppies were the best he has ever had :)

Rooms are ok but little bit outdated. A lot of kids means also a bit noisy

The kathmandu house and the 3d movies and shooting games are really nice. Our daughter of 3 wanted to go over and over again.

Food could be of a much higher quality. Rooms were not very spatious, but sufficed. The room was very noisy - we could hear very loudly everytime somebody talked in the hallway, also all of the noise and music from the stage area was very loud. The first two days, there were also renovations going on in rooms next to ours, which were very loud and went on all day.

Everything for children was great - pool, slides, softplay, animation programme, theme park, etc. Beach was close and wonderfull. Staff were kind and helpfull. Transfer to airport and back was very good as well.

no clear rules about parking, very few spots for clients. The breakfast has a lot of food variety but it’s like “cruise buffet” food.

This is not a place for people who do not like noise. There there are very noisy frogs and the guests can make some noise too. But this was still ok for us as after full day of activities we would not mind so much. A pity that the water is not heated in the splash park.

Kids facilities are just perfect! The staff was helpful and the rooms were nice and cleaning was every day. As for food there was a wide choice and we could easily find what we like. Hotel offered nice animation and sometimes offered Soft Play open for kids, while the parents could enjoy the animations. Te pool was very nice and tidy.

I cant fault anything with the property! It was clean and very enjoyable! It has everything for an amazing family holiday!

The staff, the beach and shops very close to the hotel and of course the facilities and entertainment! Everything in the resort was brilliant and we had just so much fun especially our children! Will be back!

The food is very basic and didn't change much the whole weekend, the temperature in waterpark is still too cold in April, but it might be more fun in summer. The towel policy, took to much time. The room is not having sound proof, we could hear everything from floor, room neighbors and the street.

The whole staffs are very helpful and children friendly, the facilities of the Katmandu Park is good for children (also the parents), 5 Minutes walk to the beautiful beach and the variety of stores and restaurants around the hotel, the kids disco is so fun and communicative. They opened the restaurant for us at 4.30 am because we have early flight :)

that swimming pool is open only until 18:00 also that where is golf playing need to pay extra we didn’t want to play golf but we want to have a look that area and Its not allowed to enter that area
