Location was perfect and the staff were so helpful and friendly

Their customer service is fantastic. Nothing was too much bother - advice on where to eat, a cooling drink for guests on check in, parked our car. We also loved the location of the hotel, so close to the major monuments - a 5 min walk to the Cathedral and Real Alcazar. We would definitely book this hotel on our return to Seville.

There was nothing to me but if I had to dig deep and say I didn't like the breakfast, I think if all the cold food and bread was out like a buffet and then you get served a hot breakfast if you wish then it would be better, as half the things that was put on my table I don't eat and only getting a choice of 1 pastry or muffin was a bit tight and for €25 you expect better and have the choice on what you want

This hotel is very, very, very good and should be considered as one of the best in the city of Saville... the room was super clean with a lovely little welcome message and Miguel ( I think that's his name ) was a credit to the hotel, when I arrived he was very friendly and very helpful as I was a first timer in Saville, he gave me a map with all the main things to see and do and anything I asked for it was no trouble and the sane goes with the staff on my last day were so so helpful and amazing and everyone was so friendly 🤗 .... I would 100% definitely recommend this hotel and, without a doubt, book here again, and the location was close to everything you need to see and do.

Room could be bigger and the breakfast is a bit pricey, but worth it!

Absolutely gem of the hotels. Super nice, stylish, clean and cozy room. Amazing breakfast, but most importantly the nicest and most helpful staff, from the first to last person! Really wonderful experience staying there. Would recommend to everyone. Also the location is great since it is in the very city centre.

The welcome was excellent, as we arrived at midnight due to delayed flights. They remembered a late night request and provided the mint tea the next morning-superb, The room was clean and well thought out. Oodles of hot water, towels and lovely bathroom products-Occitane. Nicely stocked mini fridge. Very very helpful staff. The sheets were like silk, fluffy white towels. The air conditioning worked and very simple to operate. Breakfast; Martha was so helpful and swiftly responsive. She remembered each day what we liked and it was there before we asked. Amazing first class hotel-faultless.

I stayed 2 times in the same month. The first stay I had a terrible room. The room itself was comfy but the view was terrible. I upgraded the next stay and they made sure that I had the best room for that category! It was SPECTACULAR! They are an A+ for customer service. I will be back!

The staff is AMAZING! They were so helpful and friendly. I was sick one day and they did everything possible to make sure I was comfortable. They went above and beyond customer service. They made me feel as if I was like family!
