The apartment is not very clean. The sheets and the towels were clean but the furniture needed some updates. This applies also for the room and kitchen,

The location is really convenient. Communication with staff members was easy and smooth. They were really helpful .

The water pressure is terrible. However, it's ok for a shower. The other people smoked in their room so the smell permiated all over the flat. The washing machine didn't work. The bathroom needs renovating. The shower head keeps falling off the wall so. It's broken. The price is too much and the location doesn't justify it.

The location was good. You can easily walk anywhere. The bed was quite comfortable. The room didn't have aircon but the fan was ok. They supply you with extra toilet paper. The check in process was easy and the host has thought about what's easy. Photos etc.. The host seems responsible even though we didn't meet.

I didn’t get check in instructions until I got there and had to message. usually you get told before. it was also very complicated. the front door only opened through an online link so when I didn’t have internet I couldn’t even get in the apartment. also someone fully locked that door during the night and when I tried to leave at 3am to the airport I’d already dropped the keys back but needed them to unlock the door. so had to go back up, grab the keys again, go down unlock the door leave my suitcase in the door so it doesn’t shut and then go back up put the 2 codes in to get into the flat and leave the keys again. huge hassle but at least it’s a safe stay I guess. also the room had mini centipede like insects

Bed sheets were clean but throws on bed and sofa bed were not. Bathroom facilities can be refurbished. Sink clogged and very slow to drain. Me and my son also got bed bug bites from the first night and throughout In a pinch will do, absolutely no frills

A six square metre room is actually smaller than it sounds! Terrible wifi. It was a battle everytime to get the door open and, based on the number of wood screws holding the door handle together, I was not the first combatant. Expensive for what was supplied.

I arrived in Valencia booked at another accommodation that turned out not to exist so I was stuck. The owner responded very quickly and I was able to sleep with a roof over my head. Good location very close to the bus station and a 20 minute walk to the train.

Woke up 5:30 in the morning to moans when a lady reached her glimax, that felt like it happened in my room. Turned out, it was next door. Walls are thin.

The room was as basic as it can get. A simple solo bed, couch and nonfunctional TV, which doesn’t really give you any relaxing vacation feeling, but is fine for a short stay. The room also lacked heating, so it was almost freezing during the night.

The close proximity of the accommodation to the prime city centre is the main advantage of the stay. It’s also very conveniently placed near the subway going to the airport. The common areas (kitchen and bathroom) are nice and provide all necessary amenities - they are also very clean. In 3 nights I haven’t encountered anyone else staying at the apartment, so you are quite private there.

Prices could have been less expensive given it was a room in a shared apartment but ultimately Valencia seems pricey compared to other Europen cities in this regard.

Very convenient location, staff are all lovely and very accommodating and willing to help us with what ever we needed at all times. Appartment was kept very clean and serviced every day.

it needs some maintenance and I had to leave early as the room was too hot without aircon in Valencia summer. the fan is powerful but it just wasn’t enough for me…

it’s super basic. i didn’t find a problem with the shared bathroom and shower. it was free anytime. location is decent. staff are super friendly, check in is easy and there’s a kitchen and even an outdoor seated area. For me, it was fine for one or two nights…
