The rooms are a bit outdated and a little on the small size. It would be nice if they had a policy at the pool for "reserving" pool chairs. People would get up super early and put their towels on the chair and then not even be at the pool. By the time you went down there around 10 am, there wasn't anywhere to sit.

The place is clean, right on the beach, and has everything you need. The breakfast has a lot of options, including eggs, pastries, fruit, etc.

1. Non working elevator, with small baby and the stroller, was really annoying. They kept trying to fix it, but it kept breaking every day. (Only one very tiny elevator in the building) 2. Cockroach welcomed us in the main hall and one in the room. Was only x2 over 5 days, but local cockroaches are really large, only seen in tv before, maked my wife sleepless that night. 3. We have been put in separate building across the road, so for breakfast, reception, swimming pool, bar, we had to cross the road to other building. It's not a big issue, but I would rather know beforehand. Luckily, it wasn't raining

1. Fantastic location, next bech and the sea, lots of restaurants, bars and atractions. 2. Fenomenal view from balcony, I could watch sunrise over the sea. 3. Very friendly and helpful staff (however check in/out takes forever)

The place is to relax and not worry of anything! There are many positive point for this hotel: -Big comfy quite room with balcony toward sea! We booked a simple room but to our surprise our balcony had little view to the sea which was very nice. The room was made every single day. The pool was also very clean and enjoyable. -The staffs are nice and polite plus they speak your language English, German and etc. -The food buffet was very acceptable. In every meal, they try to incude some local Spanish foods, starters or even desserts which is rare to see in most of the hotels. -The location is very central and every thing is nearby. Despite that fact that is central it is not a big hassle to park your car. -Cala Millor is a city but the beach infront of hotel looks very untouched with crystal clear water! So you don't need to go far to enjoy a nice beach!

No complaints, room was a bit small but that's what I paid for. I chose the cheapest option because I wasn't going to be in the room much

Staff very helpful from arrival to departure, some have mentioned otherwise, that was not my experience, I found them all extremely polite. Location was ideal, straight out onto the beach couldn't have asked for more. Enjoyed the walk up to the castle most days, the bar there fits in with the location and you can enjoy the walk over to Sa Coma

Dinner didn’t win us any night, maybe that was the biggest negative as well as the lack of a fridge in the room. I also suggest playing music by the pool and keeping the beach bar open a little longer in the evening or some programs. Other than that, I liked the hotel and I am satisfied.

I really loved the location of the hotel, located right on the beach. Breakfast was wonderful and eclectic every morning. Our room was spacious and super clean. The staff are very kind!!! It was good that the bus stop was near and also the shops.

Dinners had a lot of choice but not great for potatoes or meat . I am irish bye the way . mostly chips , wedges etc . not even mash potatoes . Catered more for German and central European tastes . Breakfast was very good with a good selection on offer . I had scrambled eggs and beans , Black pudding etc so a full irish breakfast was available and one could eat as much as they wanted . Overall happy enough with the food there . Staff were very friendly and spoke Spanish, German and a bit of English .

Location was fantastic . Beach was literally across the road . Could see the beach and ocean from my bed by pool . Happy days says Kyle Hayes . Once set up by the pool I could just pop over and back to the beach and pool .

Very noisy, you could hear people talking in the next room. And also street noise. Also the rooms were not very clean, the floor was always dirty even though there was a cleaning staff everyday.

1. The room was not cleaned 3 days in the row :( After we‘ve asked the cleaning lady and receptionist about the room service, we‘ve got only towels, the cleaning lady said that she didn’t have much time 2. The food was average and the quality of drinks was very poor. Coffee, tea and even the water were awful. At the dinner there is no free drinks. 3. Wifi is only available for fee and only for one device.

Location was great. The personal was very friendly. Big balcony.
