Receptionists aren't communicating with each others during their shift changes. Like if you tell one of them about an issue or something you need, they don't write that down or tell the supervisor about it. You must know who's in charge first so you can speak directly to it. YOU REALLY NEED TO MONITOR THEM. They asked me to pay in Dollars even that I'm allowed to pay in local currency. They were really nice to allow me to buy water from outside. Because I been told to by from the hotel which it cost around 102% more than market. You have to make sure that they received the exact amount of money you gave them and let them count it in front of you then get your receipt.

Rooms was spacious and clean. Location was good away from the crowded street. Staff was good "just some of them". Cleanliness and variety of food for the breakfast.

- they mentioned they have a shuttle service but not really. they work with the locals who offer a taxi service and they pay for an airport pick-up ( you have to call the driver and arrange it). - no hair dryer (needs to be requested in person )in every room -they don't know which room you reserved. they can give you whatever is available but if you speak up they are a very positive crew and always eager to satisfy your comfort.

- customer service is top-notch -super clean -quite -location (close to bole medhanialem ) and the new stadium.

I think the breakfast could've had a bit more options especially some meat options. Slight confusion when I checked in when the front of desk asked for me to pay with dollars because I had booked on booking.com. After explaining that I didnt have dollars and was able to pay by card she resolved it - but it was a little annoying and unnecessary.

Really nice, cozy and clean rooms. I would recommend staying here. The staff are very attentive and helpful. Good WiFi and modern look and feel. Hot water was nice.

Abit of a squeeze to get round the bed but nothing major and the lack of balcony as my reciept stated balcony and city view and I got neither

Minor comment: Shower can be contained as water splashes all over. Consider serving food for lunch or dinner, restaurant.

location slightly difficult to find on Google maps maybe one block off. also location not really walking distance from downtown - but a short taxi drive away.

Pick and drop. There was no one at the airport although hotel confirmed that someone will be at the airport. I called from airport but no one picked. I arranged by myself. When I checked out car came 30 mins like, and I was late at airport due to traffic. So suggest, to arrange pick and drop by yourself or hotel can buy a pick up van immediate to serve better to guest and don't rely on ride to pick and drop
