We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

SpainHotel is in a murky old building next to a contsruction site.
It's ok for a 1 night stop but not a place you want to spend you holiday... :] Room was clean and the bed good! There is a S-Market near where from you can have something to eat... (no restaurants open in Toijala after 9pm)

United KingdomI would have liked the curtains in the room to have been very slightly wider so I could block out all daylight and wasn't awakened by the rising sun quite so early in the morning in May. A small point but that extra hour of sleep would have been very nice.
The system works. The code for the outside door and for my room was sent to my phone in plenty of time so on my way to Toijala, I wasn't worrying about what I would do if I couldn't gain access to the building. The room was fine for the price but will soon need a bit of a facelift.

FinlandBecause You do not have "feed back" possibility in customer services I'll use this box to comment Your charging method. Has nothing to do with Ackas. I had a reservation for one night at Honkiniemi. It was canceled because You could not charge my account. I discussed with Honkiniemi staff about this and it turned out to be a new phenomena. They have had so many cancellations that they nowadays automatically contact the canceled reservation person by eMail. The reason for these cancellations is Your charging method! On these cases the charge is made by Your Holland office and if the customer has activated abroad safety feature on paying card it automatically rejects all charges not made by a Finnish office. To avoid bad reputation You either have to make the charge at the premisses as You mostly do or open an account in some Finnish bank and use that account as a charger. I'm just telling You this so You know why charges are dropped. Hope this helps. Otherwise I'm very satisfied on Your way of operating lodging. Ilkka Loimaranta Apropo - there could be some kind of scale on WiFi. A lot of connections to my experience are at a minimal level and could be called f.ex. miniWiFi

GermanyCheck in didn't work. So we were sitting alone in the cold in a tiny city in the dark waiting not knowing if someone would call us back. The code wasn't working and we were afterwards told such thing just sometimes happen.This is unacceptable. We were considering driving all the way to Helsinki because we couldn't book a different hotel late at night. We didn't not know if anyone would call back after we didn't get through at the hotline. If it is a possibility that the hotel code doesn't work then please inform your guests beforehand.
Was an okay room. Considering the price.
