View from bedroom window. Quiet at the back of the hotel but looking into building opposite. Staircase a little dark even when lights are on.

Lovely big room with bath and over shower. Mini bar in room. Good supply tea and coffee. Lovely selection of fresh food at breakfast with a wide selection.

I could find no fault with this hotel.

This hotel was set in the middle of the old town with narrow streets. The hotel and staff were so welcoming. Everything in the hotel was finished off to a high standard. Everything was just as you would wish in a hotel, The staff were extremely helpfull.

Rooms are a bit small.

Good location, rooms rather small and average in equipment/decoration. We must point out, however, that the staff saved us a lot of money and trouble by calling us after we left the hotel. They called and told us that we forgot our photo equipment. Very honest and friendly of them!

The hairdryer is almost useless, it’s like the typical hotel hairdryers which are attached on the wall, no wind, too loud and not flexible at all. Our room was on the ground floor by the street it was kinda too loud in the night since there were always tourists passing by, talking and laughing or sometimes shouting at each other, we could hear basically everything, it can continue be like that until 2-3am which is horrible...

The room is okay size but the bathroom is quite big, clean and tidy, facilities are good except for the hairdryer and the italien shower. The service is nice and we were welcomed warmly, there are several ladies at the reception and they’re all very nice, kind and patient, they gave us a lot of very useful information for tourists which helped us a lot.

There were some heavily rusted areas on our shelving unit in the bathroom. At some point it just needs to be replaced.

The hotel was located in the old part of the city and is convenient to sight-seeing the area. There are near-by restaurants and pubs. The hotel is clean but some of the carpeting was worn. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The breakfast was not extensive but well done and a good value. The room was small but did include a small fridge.

We chose a small room for a one night stay which was very reasonably priced but the separate toilet (without handbasin) was unexpected. The double bed was hard against the wall on one side and the TV very much to one side of the bed.

Excellent location within a short walk of the public parking outside the town walls. There was a lift. There are many restaurants nearby at all budget levels. The double glazed window were extremely effective at keeping out street noise. There is superb bakery just across from the hotel (not open Mondays) but a buffet continental breakfast is also available in the hotel.

There's a night porter on reception so if you arrive late at night like we did there's no problem as the reception desk is always manned.
