No tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Bedrooms & communal areas rather dated. Overpriced breakfast & not particularly tasty.

Central location, property looked very French. Lovely modern bathroom with good shower & plenty of hot water. Value for money. Lovely gardens to back of the main hotel.

Room: The booked room was on the 2nd floor and I could not manage to transport my suitcase up the narrow staircase. Therefore, I had to take the room on the ground floor which seemed to be a little smaller. otherwise, it is all good for my stay !

Location: great, in the middle of town where cafes and restaurants are Reception: nice and effective Parking: convenient as it is in the property.

I have no suggestions as we loved everything.

We were only in town for a night and found this hotel easy to find and parking was very convenient. They allowed us to check in early which was wonderful after flying and driving for 4 hours. Eva and Lisa's dinner recommendation was fantastic - Le Pommier. When the weather turned bad and we were in search of raincoats, Lisa was even so kind as to offer us hers so that we could run to dinner and not have to shop. LOVED THIS PLACE!

We enjoyed the staff…Lisa, Eva and of course Gloria the beagle. Everyone was helpful and friendly. The daily breakfast was great….value, food selection and coffee!

The lack of A means to make coffee or tea in the room.

What an amazing Hotel. The staff were welcoming, the room was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was perfect and served in a dining room that felt like you were in a period movie. The location is right in town with the farmers market across the street on Saturdays.

No kettle, coffee pot in room, had to go to reception area for that.

Loved the feel of a chateau, like stepping back in time. The huge windows, what can I say, just beautiful Gloria, the resident puppy was precious. Location was excellent, having parking on property made it so much easier.

My husband is fussy about mattresses and wanted his from home.

Ice was a fantastic host, very friendly including to our 4yo. She spoke perfect English. Parking was easy, breakfast good and abundant. Hotel was quiet and if you are a family of 4, it has rooms sleeping 4.

Staff was amazing. Thank you, Lisa and Eva. It was nice to have drinks in the salon and meet other guests. We love Gloria, the hotel dog. The room was tiny and the bed was very hard. TV didn’t work, but that was okay. We had a laptop. Phone charging was very limited. Had to put the converter in the bathroom. It kept falling out of the wall under the desk. Try difficult access. Breakfast was expensive and the quality was average, so we only did it one day. No refrigerator in the room. Bathroom was updated. Shower was a good size and worked well.

It was all great

The quad-size upstairs family room was perfect for our family of 4 (parents, plus 2 teenagers). The location was great--in walking distance to the meeting destination of Overlord Tours where we discovered all about D-Day. Right next door is the most beautiful fruit shop. Highly recommend!

The room was very small. It is an old building so not enough outlets in the room or towel racks in bathroom.

The property is beautiful. Great location for walking to restaurants and shops. Very friendly and helpful staff

Nothing I did not like

The hotel itself is beautiful. It is close to many restaurant and I found myself wishing we could stay and explore the town itself more. The staff was extremely helpful and the breakfast was delicious.
