The room 102is very small, no view, just a tiny area. For one person is ok, but for two - no no.

Location, staff is very service oriented, BREAKFAST is sooo good! All facilities are very good. I will return again and will recommend to my friends.

The rooms were quite warm even in April. It was fine with the window open but the street noise in our first room was bad enough with the window closed, downright horrible with it open. The noise has nothing to do with anything the hotel could control, but I would definitely request a room on the backside overlooking the terrace if at all possible with a future stay.

The staff was very accommodating and tried to meet any request or need we had. The first night our room was on the front of the hotel directly over the entrance. While I fully expect some street noise, it was excessive. The garbage trucks came and emptied bins full of bottles from 1:30-2am and then all the delivery of market supplies, etc to surrounding shops began between 4:30-5am. We requested a change of rooms and the hotel was able to accommodate that which was most appreciated. The terrace and common area were very nice and the access to filtered drinking water and a great, free coffee machine was lovely. The location was convenient to the Promenade and pedestrian areas.

The noise bleed from the street was significant, even with the window fully closed. Noise seems to travel through air vent in window. Was fine if you are comfortable with urban hubub, but wouldn't suit someone who needed a quiet sleeping space. We didn't have the breakfast as it seemed crazily expensive for what it was. Would have enjoyed something more accessible price wise.

Really friendly staff, we arrived early and they sorted us out a room. Free team, coffee and water - unlimited. Decent room - small but fine if you're just there for a short period. Great location. Good space for working/chilling in. Shower had really hot water - lovely! Ideal hotel for a few days.

Standard Rooms are very small - you can't even walk around the bed due to the desk that's on the wall. We're in our 50s and felt the hotel was aimed at much younger guests. Overall, though, clean and comfortable and in a great location.

Loved the location - so close to cafes and restaurant and easily walkable to the Old Town. Staff were fab and breakfast good.

The elevator was sometimes a bit tired :) and didn't want to work for a while ;). Luckily there are stairs too.

Centrally located hotel, 1 minute from the Promenade des Anglais and the sea, 5 minutes from the tram and from Place Masséna. There is a grocery store opposite and a Japanese restaurant next to the hotel, and there are plenty of other cafés and restaurants nearby. The furnishing and design are really nice and new. Also the bed is comfy and the room is quiet even though the hotel is located in the city center. The staff is extremely kind and helpful in all matters. The breakfast is plentiful, and it's great that there is always coffee and tea in the lounge, as well as cakes in the afternoon. I warmly recommend this accommodation.

The room was rather a bit small, otherwise no negative things at all.

All very good (especially the coffee/tea one can use all the time for free, and sometimes even cake). Also good that there are recycle bins and the ineriour court is very nice. Great as well, that there is a water filling station. So no need to buy water and one can avoid plastic waste.

There was a bit of musty smell coming from the air conditioner when I just accessed the room, and there were some hairs lying on the floor. However, the bed and other facilities were pretty much clean and pleasant.

The breakfast was very nice. Staffs were very friendly and considerate. The location is not too far from either the city centre or the promenade.

Our family room was a little bit cramped but with so much right on your doorstep, we were only in the room to sleep.

Everything! Location, decor, staff, communal area. It was a fab place to stay. It was my daughter's birthday while we were there and the staff made a huge fuss of her. The ladies at reception had a big greeting and smiles for us every time we came by. They were so warm and welcoming. They went out of their way to make us feel seen. The location is ideal. Nice restaurants, a park and the promenade are a few steps away. The hop on, hop off bus stop is really close too. Would highly recommend.
