No draft beer in the bar but plenty of bottled brands.

Location and the welcome we received on check in. comfy beds and clean linen etc. parking was great too! Breakfast buffet was one of the better ones we encountered on my son and I doing a 4 day D day memorial trip. Gabrielle and his wife made us feel every welcome and it was so nice to share some stories with them.

Location is just perfect, lots parking nearby, wonderful views out across the bay. Nice big quadruple family room we could all fit into. Friendly welcoming staff. Good breakfast with wide range of options.

The heating in the room is non adjustable and we found it a little cold.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, including booking a restaurant for dinner on our behalf. The view from the room was wonderful. The location is very good, close to many good restaurants and bars and the Dieppe market. It’s close enough to walk from the ferry terminal if you don’t take the car.

The hotel was generally clean and well presented, some of the fittings re looking a bit tired, with water stains on the bath and some of the double glazed windows in the restaurant and bar appeared to have failed.

This hotel provided a beautiful room with two large double beds and a great view of the sea and the harbour. The price was comparable to other hotels on the seafront here, but the service and welcome from the staff was far beyond what you might expect from a more well known chain. The buffet breakfast had a large selection from cereals to meats and cheeses. It was only a continental style breakfast so if you were hoping for an british style cooked breakfast then this is not the hotel for you.

Unfortunately there was a carnival across the street. It was very noisy at night but there was nothing the hotel could have done

I booked this hotel for the sea view but somewhat The lorries from the funfair outside our windows spoiled the view ,loud voices coming from the funfair area Until late at night, please note the funfair was finished or not on that day . The tea-coffee facility tray had not been replenished which was a shame as I would have had an early morning coffee( I have not mentioned this to the lovely lady at reception as she already had help us so much, I’m sur she would have put it right but I feel it shouldn’t have happened in the first place . Breakfast room is very large and well set up, but I feel it might be a little overpriced for what is on offer

Location is very good , beautiful sea view . But during our stay there was a funfair opposite the hotel so the view was onto lots of lorries. The hotel staff very kindly picked us up from the ferry terminal as the taxi which reception had kindly booked for us didn’t arrive When I requested extra pillows this was brought to our room very promptly

for 3 nights we were given 2 towels. when showering or just washing we had 1 towel each. This was not good. No mini fridge for our water so it was always warm. we could not believe that if you wanted a toilet brush you had to ask reception! unbelievable. coffee tea and milk weren’t topped up so 2 cups of coffee but only enough milk for one cup each is not acceptable
