We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IrelandThe rooms could do with an update but you won't need to spend much time in them so not an issue really.
We travelled here as two couples and a baby. The hotel is located right on the sea front and is ideal for sea swimming and walks. The poor is nice and the sauna/jacuzzi area is brilliant (it can be rented privately for an affordable price). The rooms were standard. The staff were really really nice and very helpful. We had breakfast there and it was delicious. We ate in the restaurant one night and it was fine. Overall a lovely place and worked out perfectly for us exploring ile de re and la rochelle.

United KingdomThe bathroom was not very well lit. The bath was very slippery, with no handles to help with climbing in or out of the bath. We asked the staff for a rubber non slip mat, which was kindly provided, which helped us when showering. We were very impressed with the lady who cleaned the room, as she helped us by asking her management for a rubber mat. Her help and kindness was much appreciated.
Very comfy beds. Lovely swimming pool easy to access. Very good breakfast, lots of choice.

JerseyRooms on the small side, but we had a balcony with sea view and the room was clean and the bed comfortable.
Friendly staff. On arrival we were offered a room with a sea view. Hotel's restaurant next door also has a restaurant room on the boardwalk and an outdoor eating option with comfortable sofas. Food was great. Other restaurants in walking distance. Great location for hiring bikes and riding round the island. Parking in a locked courtyard in walking distance of the hotel but there is also free parking just off the road.

United StatesWe did not like the window shutters banging and waking us up during a wind storm in the middle of the night. This happened in 2 of the 3 rooms our family had rented.
The rooms were small but fine. Bathrooms had all amenities that had been listed. The AC worked well, which was very important during the heat of the day. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast which was quite extensive each morning of our stay and we dined at the hotel's restaurant one night which was very good.
