We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The hotel was a perfect choice for three nights to explore an area that we had never been to before. Great location right in the centre of town and very helpful staff. And the bed was very comfy!

Chinathe shower is not nice because I have to stand in the bath tank not shower room..it is very slippery in the tube and almost fell down. and the licking water is not good until I took the cover on the leaking hole. the breakfast is extremely poor. no egg no milk no yogurt no cheese. only bread butter... and (maybe industrial )juice and tea coffe . though 7 Euro. the
hotels room, location, cleaness, quietness, staff all nice. I had a good sleep.

United KingdomAs an English guest we like to wake up with a cup of tea, it would be nice to have a kettle and cups in the room, but I know that most hotels in France do not provide this so I was not disappointed.
An old medieval town, and the hotel was a very old building which the owners had preserved. It was clean and comfortable, right in the centre of town. A bar and restaurant on site was good value.

Impressive breakfast! It was the best ever quality continental breakfast I ever had. Every single product (bread, jam, teabag etc) was of very high quality at the very reasonable price. This hotel cares the guests, merci beaucoup!
