Fantastic friendly service from the minute we walked into the hotel. After a long day driving it was great to jump in the pool and unwind. The restaurant food was delicious, particularly the home made desserts. This hotel is dog friendly , we ate on the terrace with the dog by our table, the waiting staff even brought him a bowl of water! Similarly, the waiting staff were very patient and helpful with our daughter who has to eat gluten free. All in all a great hotel that we would use again.

Easy access to motorway, safe and plentiful parking, 3 mins by car from Saumur centre. Friendly, efficient and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast and delicious evening meal.

Garden and pool are smaller than on the photos. I expected another environment / the hotel is in an industrial area, next to supermarkets

Nothing to do around the hotel - it's a bit industrial. There could have some props/more entertainment in the swimming pool area for the kids.

The room was very nice, amazing black-outs, comfortable bed. Restaurant food is fabulous. Great to have the swimming pool.

Location was a bit odd in the middle of an industrial estate but would have been convenient for Saumur if we had time. Very confusion roadworks and diversions on our route!i

As an overnight stay on our route back to the uk it ticked all the boxes; although room was small it was well appointed and comfortable and we appreciated the AC. Good shower, all very clean. It was good to have a swim in the heated pool and relax in the quiet gardens. Staff were very helpful, dinner by the pool was good. Sorry we didnt have time to explore Amur.

It’s a long way into town, and there were road closures.

The room was a great size. The facilities were clean and spacious. The staff were so charming and friendly and couldn’t have been more helpful.

The first more expensive bedroom offered. Location is a bit too far out of the main centre of town on the edge of a business park.

We paid for a higher grade of room but discovered it was a duplex with the bathroom downstairs and the bedroom up a full level of stairs which was no good for us as we have to get up in the night. We asked to be moved to a small standard room which was adequate. Restaurant food was very good but with a limited menu - this was however fine for us.

The only downside is it is a little too far from the centre of Saumur to walk.

The room was on the small side, a little dated but overall good. The hotel is great if you've a car otherwise it's a bit away from the centre.

Very nice hotel located just outside Saumur, fantastic restaurant, and excellent food. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The pool was very good and perfect after a long day of exploring. It also has electric chargers which was very handy for our trip.

Room is a little small

The thing I like about Logis hotels is that they are all of an excellent standard. The staff are well trained, polite and helpful, the rooms are always clean and set up to a good standard and the restaurant food is always to a high quality. This hotel was no exception and we will come again.

Not the fault of the hotel that it was my last minute choice to visit Saumur on the last night of our holiday. It's a good business hotel well hidden in a commercial area - just not the best choice for the beauty of of the Loire valley! My choice got justified criticism from my wife, but there's nothng wrong with this comfortable and pleasant business hotel.

A well-run, well-equipped hotel, with friendly staff, a good restaurant, and surpringly pleasant surroundings in a commercial location.
