The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring Paris. Typical city centre hotel with smaller rooms, but the decor was great and very comfy. Recpetion were really helpful and spoke great english

Hotel is closed to many museums and city centre ,which is a good place for tourists.Amazing stuff,they are so nice and welcoming to all visitors.Definitely recommend it!!

Nothing was disliked

Everything. We had stayed here probably 6-8 times over the years and always look here first when we come to paris. Excellent and always friendly and helpful front desk. They can’t be beat. Fernando is wonderful, helpful and friendly, taking our luggage to our room and generally making sure that we Have all we need. Location of the hotel also cannot be beat. Minutes from the opera, the large department stores, vendome square with the ritz hotel and rue st honore with all the luxury shopping one can handle. A stroll to the louvre and crossing the seine to the left bank and everything it offers. Marais 20 minute walk. We go everywhere walking to st Germain on the left to marais on our side. The hotel staff arranges for your return to the airport too. Room normal size for paris. Our bathroom was redone nicely. Towels really absorvant and thick and new. Queen bed very comfortable and we could open our windows because of the fifth floor the heat tends to be too hot for me.

None. This place is a great place to stay in Paris

Location was perfect! Right in the heart of Paris with very easy access to metro station and other transportation. Endless selection of food choices and activities. We are already planning a return to this hotel, if not for this general area. Hotel itself is nice with amazing staff and very accomodating, friendly folks. I would highly recommend this place for people wanting to visit Paris because of the staff and the hotel location.

Gorgeous room with a balcony, very Parisian which I loved! Great location with plenty of choice for restaurants within walking distance. Friendly staff and welcoming of dogs (at a very reasonable additional cost)

On my return trip, the hotel arranged a taxi to De Gaulle Airport for the fair price of 65£, but the driver wanted 80£. I paid, and after returning home, I contacted the hotel. Ms. Alina said that this was very wrong and gave me back 15£. Thank you very much for your kind and responsible response even though you were busy. The hotel has a good location, clean rooms and a comfortable lobby, but the kindness and trustworthiness of the staff is the best.

It was a nice comfy room that met the expectations, there is not much to dislike.

Location was great, staff was really accomodating for early arrival. We are very grateful for this! Close to everything near the vibrant boulevard de l'Opera in the Opera district.

There wasn't a permanent waiter in the bar and sometime you had to wait a few minutes to be served. Not a massive issue as the bar was very quiet so made sense not to have someone in there permanently.

Check in was very easy as was communicating with the property prior to arrival. The staff are very friendly and service was good.

Staff was helpfull and very polite. İocation was perfect at the opera Garnier. All kinds of eatings, coffee shops and major city transportation were within 2 minutes walk. Room was comfortable and quite.

One suggestion::The bathtub needs handrails especially for people with disabilities is a hazard. Bathroom overall is fine, small but very clean and comfortable with everything that is needed. This is a plus in Europe where is common sharing the toilet.

The check-in process was smooth. The location is excellent, close to important attractions and quiet considering the proximity of a noisy Opera avenue. Breakfast is fine but could be improved. The offering is very basic and similar every day. I will consider returning to it at any time.

Lift is a bit small and if the room with windows towards ally can be really dark

Location is superb that almost next to Opera with quite a few Asian restaurants nearby. The rooms are clean and comfy. My father was not well after a day trip and the receptionists were very kind to help with providing the pain killers. Breakfast is also very good. Definitely recommend!

The room I stayed was big compared with the ones at the same rate. It was cleaned every day. It had a small fridge and a kettle. There were also 2 large wardrobes and one of them had a safe. Thanks to the hotel staff who helped me quickly resolve a personal issue (especially Moutiba and Jaso, sorry if I made any typos). The location couldn't be better. It was a short walk to all attractions and museums.

Although it may be convenient for Paris in terms of room size, the hotel room is quite small for us and it is difficult to navigate around the room :) Even the door of the room could not be opened all the way (which is weird) because of the luggage rack behind the door.

The location of the hotel is excellent with easy access to many places. We loved the location as it is surrounded by many cafes, restaurants (the Asian ones were excellent) and bars to suit all budgets. The Opera Square is a great starting point to see all the tourist attractions. It is easy to get to the hotel from the airport either by metro or bus. Once you get off the bus it is a 4-5 minute walk. The staff were very friendly and all spoke very good English. The size of the bathroom is bigger than the size of the room :)

Aside from the odor coming from the bathroom/air vents in one of our rooms and the free filtered water fountain on ground floor- pretty hard to find our dislikes of the place. Sure, 17 euro per person/day for breakfast was a little hefty- should consider paying for breakfast on a daily basis (like how we did) vs paying for the entire week for it

Location was good- well placed to galeries Lafayette- roughly 7-10min walk Rooms were spacious- although one of our room had an odor coming from the bathroom- did request for them to fix otherwise switch room. Odor wasn't there the next day, but the remainder of our stay it came back. Provided with what a 4 star hotel should provide regarding amenities- although the free filtered refill station is on ground floor which at times, can be a little inconvenient Bed's were comfortable Close by to various Asian cuisine- Japanese, Korean, Thai and if you were to walk a further 5-10mins, more were available. Local Cafe's, Bubble tea shops, chocolatiers and some boutique shops About a 10-15min walk to Place Vendome/Champs Elysees- for your boutique high end brand names Close to the Opera metro Staff were friendly Breakfast was 'ok'- typical continental breakfast- coffee pods were good Easy for Uber/Taxi to access Close to Louvre Museum and about a 20-30min walk to both Eiffel Tower and Arch de Triumph Rooms were quiet enough- small balcony outside our bedroom gave it that "French" feeling when you wanted to just stand and take it in- our room was just facing the street with no real view of any landmarks. Expected to pay a little over the median/average for location- pretty much in the middle of 9th, 8th and 2nd Arr. is pretty good. We felt safe during the evening strolls
