United StatesMy only suggestion for improvement relates to noise. And its noise on two levels (only one of which the hotel could likely have an impact on): the location of the hotel is great because its located near transportation including a major highway. So you get cars, trucks, buses honking away. Not a problem if you don't open your window/sliding door but we needed to do that for fresh air. But its very tolerable. The second issue, however, is that many business guests would gather in the very pretty and convenient courtyard. This often occurred late at night and after midnight. They tended to be noisy as they were having a good time. I might recommend that the hotel staff maybe implement a "no noisy gatherings" in the courtyard after a certain time, say midnight or 11 pm.
We loved this IBIS. Its location is great, the staff is wonderful, breakfast is AMAZING and the overall atmosphere on the hotel is very nice. The rooms were comfortable (loved the tub) and we especially LOVED the fact that maid service continues to be done here. It was so nice to return to a clean room with freshly made bed and new towels each day! Special shout out to the staff working the breakfast room......they work so HARD and are AMAZING at keeping things stocked and fresh. Its a less than 5 minute walk to bus, tram and/or Metro, so the location is great

United KingdomStandard double room is cramped. Will opt for executive room with sofabed next visit so we have space to sit down apart from chair and bed. I would love if they could put a standard mirror over the little table as opposed to a sign saying why they don’t provide bottled water in the room as this would allow u to dry hair looking in mirror! The long mirror on wall which is great has no plug socket beside it so can’t use for this purpose without an extension lead 😂😂😂😂😂

CroatiaWhat bothered us (me) the most are quite nervous staff at breakfast. Also, they start to take away food 10 minutes before end of breakfast time, so forget coffee to go if you did not make it on time! It would have been nice to have water heater and tea and coffee in the room. And, finally, maid(s) leave very unpleasent smell in halways and elevator - please whash yourself(s) and use deozorant!
Excellent location, metro is 500 meters away. Great breakfast, please do not skip croissaint, fresh fruit and fruit coulis!! There are several toppings for your fruit/yogurt/porridge - I was so happy to see it! They have also fresh orange juicer so you know what you get in your cup! Well done! Maksime (something like that) on the reception is nice and pleasent guy!

CroatiaI didn't like "seems like not vacuum cleaned for a long long period of time", the old dust in the wall head, back part of the bed. Not nice to see and sleep near to that. The price - ok, Paris is just expensive.
The location is good, approachable to all public transport options. More or less everything was ok to good. Breakfast should satisfy most people or even more.

The staff ( all of them at the reception daytime and night) are the heart of this hotel and the jewel of it. They store your food in the fridge and offer microwave 24hours. Location is great in Porte d'Orléans next to supermarkets etc. security is good as you can only access your floor if you have a card ( including the stairs)

NetherlandsWe had a somewhat small room, we could hardly pass the bed when walking from one side of the bed to the other. And although many reviews state that it is cleaned very well, this is not the case when you take a really good look in corners and less obvious places. In general it is clean, but not perfectly. Take me to a room in this hotel and I can show anyone interested how it is not clean.
The hotel is at a decent location and you don’t hear much from the outside world, or neighbours. The breakfast was absolutely fabulous. Beds and pillows are nice.
