I think the term boutique inn is a bit misleading as it felt more like a hostel. Small room and on the main road

It was only a short walk from the beach. It had air on and was clean.

Not many tour options proposed by staff.

It’s only a 2 min walk to the beach. My room was nice, had a safe, AC, kettle etc. The staff are nice. But if you stay there and want to see more of the island you have to rent a scooter or pay for taxis. I rented a bike and cycled to long beach. Lots of restaurants around, 7-11 across the street.

I was super sick (pneumonia) when I arrived here. I had a fever, was coughing my lungs out, had a very bad cold, and cried, but I still had to carry my own bags upstairs (no elevator). I needed to leave the next morning cause I had to get back to Krabi for the hospital, but I wasn't allowed to stay one more hour in my room until I was picked up. I understand that the room needs to be cleaned, but I was obviously doing very bad, but she didn't really seem to care.

Clean, big room with a comfortable bed. There is a 7-Eleven across the street.

Our room was only cleaned once in 4 days. Not too much of an issue but it would have been good to have had bins changed daily to avoid ants and toilet roll and water replaced. Our tap in the bathroom was completely broken, it made a constant screeching noise so we had to leave it running a lot of the time. We reported this but was told this was common in Lanta and nothing could be done! Not really sure this was the case.

Handy location for the beach, just a two minute walk. Friendly and helpful staff.

The ac didn't really work (was at 16 degrees all night but the room didn't get cold, but it worked so wasn't super hot either) so they put in a fan in the room. The noice from the road outside is really loud and wakes you up quite early. The road Google showed to the beach didn't exist so the distance to the ocean is a little bit further.

WiFi didn’t seem to work well on the third floor but seemed better later in the evening. Still wasn’t great.

It was comfortable, had a kitchen area and 7/11 is across the road. There is a pancake stand there also.

Nice balcony to smoke on or drink coffee and look at the little mountains. Extremely helpful staff who change our tv when there was a problem. The staff were fantastic. Cosy room with kettle. Close to beach and opposite a 7-eleven.

Very nice and helpful staff who are happy to answer any queries you may have. We rented a bike through them, and booked our transfer to Ao Nang. All a very easy process! The room was spacious and comfortable with a balcony. 7/11 across the road and a couple of cafés and restaurants down the street. A short 5 minute walk to the beach where there are some cool fireshows and places to eat and drink.

Nothing - Koh Lanta as a whole is very run down and lots of things are closed.

Very lovely room, plenty of space, with a balcony. Bathroom was a good size too. Reception are very helpful and will give recommendations for things to do!

The A/C did not work properly but we got a fan into the room, otherwise it would have been a 10/10.

My room faces the main street and it and be quite loud with motorbike zooming by. The balcony wasn't cleaned and was pretty dusty. Couldn't get any Wi-Fi either as i was put in the farthest room away from the lobby.

A clean budget option.

The towels had a bit of a strange damp smell, only two large towels were provided. It would be nice to have a small towel for the floor in the bathroom. Lack of light by the bed and in the bathroom above the mirror. The water pressure in the shower is very low, probably because we were on the 2nd floor.

The staff was very friendly, they gave us advice on where to eat, where to take a scooter, etc. The place was clean and spacious. Very close to an empty beach.

It looks more cozy and warm on the pictures than in real life. Our room was located on the side with the main road. So you had a lot of traffic noise till midnight. The facilities in the room were a bit old and the dryer wasn’t working.

The bed was good and comfortable. Check-in was easy and the staff friendly.

Unfortunately there was an issue with the bath room where the water wouldn’t drain. So we just had a puddle of water all the time

Location was amazing and the staff was super nice and helpful. After our long and exhausting journey we were greated with a glass of lemonade which was very nice and thoughtfull.

Comfortable room with balcony and kettle + the guy kept us topped up with tea, coffee and sugar. Good price. Very chilled. The guys who work there are friendly and helpful

The staff were really welcoming and helpful for booking trips for us. The room was nice and had everything we needed. It is also right next to the beach.
