Heating was not working properly A/C was blowing cold air and could not been fixed during our stay so room didnt heat up well at the cold outside temp. You need to drive about 10 min to arrive city center.

Small issue with a room at the start and moved into a room that stank of smoke before being moved again. Good staff and after that no issues. Gym was closed at the time of the visit.

Well, the negative part of this hotel is the price of breakfast. is too expensive and has not changed for years. I advice to have breakfast or brunch outside of the hotel.

As usual, the staff and the hotel are up to the standards of the chain. excellent. there is a hugh difference between the lake side rooms and the parking side rooms. the best are the lake side rooms, where there is less noise. I particularly like the kettle allowing you to have a nice infusion when you arrive late by night.

Nothing stood out as being an issue. As we were not exploring the surrounding area we did not leave the hotel so the out of town location was not an issue. However, for anyone looking to explore the city you may find the location too remote. It was also a classic business hotel, on an business park, which again will not be to everyone's taste.

The location is excellent for travellers looking to stop over at a comfortable hotel on the outskirts of Strasbourg so easy to get to and park. We were stopping over after driving from the UK and heading to Austria. It was easy to find, secure parking and late check in was available. The family room was perfectly adequate with a large double bed and sofa bed for the kids. The room was clean, the beds comfy and bathroom wel equipped - hot shower is always a requirement but never a given! The breakfast was extra but kids ate free so good value for a family of four. Check out was quick and because of the location we were back on the motorway swiftly. Easy to recommend for a stop over and good value for money

A bit off Strasbourg

Breakfast was poor. The options were limited in comparison to a 4 star hotel level, Bakeries served cold. Replenishment of the food was very slow despite low number of guests

It was cold due to the air-conditioner which turned on automatically when the room was empty. Under the bed it was dirty from the previous visitors (not empty water bottle, plastic, dust, etc.). Also, behind the TV it was dusty and there was a (used) tissue... Furthermore, regularly someone comes to check for room/minibar service. They try to come in straight away with their card and eventough we put the "do not disturb" label at the door.

Quite expensive than the much nicer hotels in Europe. But I do understand that all other hotels in central Strasbourg is very expensive too. Overall, good place to stay 1-2 nights

the room was a nice size; the wardrobe a tad small and we found the door to the bathroom didn't offer much in the way of privacy when using the facilities of the WC. a proper closing door would offer better privacy.

The location suited our needs and offered good parking facilities. The breakfast was very enjoyable and the Hotel was nice clean and bright

The damage deposit shows a complete lack of trust on guests and even after a week we didn't receive the money back. The bathroom would benefit from having a variety of toiletries especially for women (like other hotels offer)

The team because they asked me to pay the taxes which I had already paid in the reservation. Besides that, almost 30 minutes to do the check out and to ask my refund. It was not acceptable for a 4 stars hotel.
