This wasn't so much a hotel as a private room in a hostel. The narrow flight of stairs was a definite issue.

Initial access was a little unclear - there's a small sign on the door between a couple of shops and you need to buzz to be provided entry. There were no notes to do this at the door (which makes sense!) but making this clear before hand would have been helpful. Nothing that a quick phonecall didn't solve and once you were checked in you're provided with the keycode.

A really lovely self service style mini apartment experience which really gave you that feel of freedom to come and go as you pleased. Despite being close to a lively square with some lovely restaurants and cafes the windows were really effective at keeping any street noise out which surprised us. The little balcony was lovely to sit on and watch people going about their day. The location was excellent providing access to day and night life without any noisy drawbacks.

Only negative was 3 flight climb with our luggage. Otherwise we were warmly greeted by our hosts and enjoyed our stay. Wonderful location

five flights of stairs to get to the hotel door. It didn't bother me but could be a problem for some people. The shower and wash facility are in the same room as the bed. Only a glass partition screened the shower off. Once again, It didn't bother me as I was alone but It may bother other couples. It was very clean and the landlady cleaned the room every morning.

excellent location in the old quarter and shops with a 40 second walk to the sea front. Staff were wonderful. family run business. Nothing was a problem for them . Small rooms but clean and tidy every day. Hotel is unmanned during evenings and there is a code for the front door. Not really a problem though. There are only five rooms in total.

very good location, everything is nearby, excellent restaurants for both breakfast and dinner. Pleasant streets for a walk. The room is very cozy, it has everything you need, the best place is the balcony for morning coffee.

Good location in the center near the sea, walking distance from train station. Helpfull staff, beautifull view above the Nicosian rooftops. Our room wasn't the biggest one but offered a nice place to rest and shower during short stay.

Can’t fault it much!

It’s perfect central location to Jean Medicin station for two tram lines. So helpful to have a coffee pod machine and kettle in the room. Lots of restaurant options close by. Very quiet at night helped by the double glazed windows. The shower has great pressure!

Sound proofing in the flat could certainly use some work, we were often woken up in the morning by various noises in the hallway. Breakfast was not included, despite being mentioned in the booking. There was a bit of a smell in the hallways.

Location was excellent, it was in the centre of town. Toilets and shower were great. There was a nice balcony. Great aircon for a summery day. Safe location and multiple levels of security needed to access the flat.

Nothing! Be warned though, there are four flights of stairs and no elevator.

The property was gorgeous and in the perfect location! The manager heard me coughing constantly and came to my room with warm honey tea!

It would be good to put in the information that hotel is located on a pedestrian only street so that travellers know that their transport can't pull up right outside.

The rooms are at 3rd floor with no elevator, not convenient for travelers with heavy luggage. But the owner will help. Far from the train station. 15 mins walk.

Rooms are awesome. Good air conditioner. It even provides a parasol for the beach!! How sweet. Very near to the beach. 3 mins walk?

I like everything and the family were so helpful. Yes there are steps to get your luggage up but the family carried and helped. So kind and thoughtful and helpful. I mucked up my booking and their assistance was stunning.

The location is stunning and to be so close to the promenade and shopping was divine. A short walk to old Nice. Wonderful position.
