Everyone can hear the other in the toilet room. Beds are so close each other that you feel you are sleeping in the same bed with an stranger

The facilities are great, big enough. Staff is friendly, I felt welcomed, they talk to me in my own language.

I missed some types of fruit for breakfast. Although I understand that it is a traditional French style cafe, (I expected it to have at least one type of fruit or granola.) which it didn't. I didn't like that the rooms were mixed, I didn't read the small print and I didn't know they were mixed rooms because something like that had never happened before, I was surprised when I got to the room and saw men in my room. I didn't find it pleasant at all, I think they could separate it for the same price.

I loved the reception staff, they were all very friendly and attentive. Tnbn I loved the fact that there were people who spoke Portuguese, as well as English and French. Super well prepared, different from other places that only speak French. Breakfast is served punctually and in a French style with delicious Brioches. It has a wonderful coffee machine where you can choose any type of coffee or chocolate. There are spaces to rest or simply talk to a friend you made on the spot... lol

It was frustrating to arrive and see that in front of our windows there was scaffolding with construction work taking place on the facade of the building. We lost the possibility of having a view of the street due to this work and we didn't count on it. What bothered us was a somewhat excessive insistence from another receptionist called Alex in charging the tourist tax that should have been paid when we arrived, but was not charged at that moment. We felt like he was afraid we would leave without paying and that left us in a very uncomfortable situation. I understand the concern about having the fee paid, but he could have been a little more tactful dealing with the situation. (Attention, due to the Olympics the city tax t is now 3.25€ per person per night.)

The Hostel is very well located, very close to metro line 2, Anvers station, you can also walk from the hostel to Sacre Coeur and the Moulin Rouge. We were received by Alan in a very kind and receptive way and we went to see the room. We stayed in the double room with private bathroom. The room is good, small but the space is well used. Breakfast is good, it has juices, cheeses, breads, croissaints, yogurts (...) and a very good coffee machine! At check-out we were attended to by another very kind and fun person staff member. Despite the scaffolding issue and this small friction with the receptionist, the stay was good and we intend to return :)

Close to montmarte but is out of the city quite a lot so would recommend closer to city if wanting to be close to main attractions

There was one person, who was from another company I believe for breakfast. He was really unfriendly I wanted to finish my coffee he didn't let me do so because the Time for breakfast ended. All the other staff were super friendly so don't get that wrong it was a super nice experience with super friendly staff.

The shower's pressure wasn't so good. There are no sockets close to the top beds. The room was a bit dark.

The location is perfect, in the heart of Montmartre and close to 3 metro stations. The staff is super friendly, heads up for Joaquim and Alex who were always ready to help. The beds are comfortable and the room has a really good heater/air conditioner. The breakfast was really good for a hostel. They offer bread, croissant, pan au Chocolat, cheese, butter, yogurt, honey, juice, coffee, milk, tea and hot chocolate (no fruits included)

There could have been more variety in breakfast. Could add eggs & some meats, perhaps.

Alex at the front desk was very helpful, he went out of his way to help me with the direction to the train station because I had a early train to catch. A 15 minute walk from the hostel to Paris De Nord.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. The room was comfortable and warm, with a nice outlook. The area is great to explore, with many little restaurants, cafes, and bakeries within a short stroll. The courtyard view is fantastic 👌 Loved my time at Le Village Montmartre!

Power points were in very odd spots and there was little privacy with no bed curtains etc. Wifi was also not great.

Hostel is in a great location in Montmartre, and it was nice to have a bathroom in the shared hostel room. Was very appreciative of the breakfast included in my booking (pastries etc. and good coffee)

There was no outlet in the bathroom and the top bunk I was sleeping in didn't have an outlet close by to the bed so I had to charge my phone etc. with outlets around the room. The room was a little dimly lit for my liking. I had to use my phone light sometimes to see.

Super friendly staff and spacious room for 4 people. The beds were comfy and good location as it was close to different metro lines. I didn't have their breakfast but it was offered every morning to guests.

the heating was only from AC which made it very annoying to be left on during the night. the bathroom is cold and the wind penetrates the window rooms. breakfast is very poor

The bathroom needs renovation. And, while the room and bathroom themselves were clean, there was mold on the glass door in the douche cabin, like nobody looked there for a quite some time. No TV in room. Not such a problem, but would be nice to have it.

We stayed in a 3 person room, not a dorm. Room: - Beds are comfy (on the harder side), pillows not so much. - Nice view. - There is a cattle, some tea bags and coffee sticks in a room. - Towels and basic toiletry provided. - Efficient heating in November. Hotel: - Very welcoming staff. - We had breakfast included. It was limited (classical Parisian breakfast), but enough to start the day. - There is a common kitchen. - Located very close to metro and bus stop.
