We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesRooms could do with updating. Few things in room weren’t working which owner immediately acknowledged as he was very helpful, but as we were only there overnight, he didn’t get a chance to fix it.
Rooms were very clean which is the most important thing for me. The location was good, about five to ten minute walk from ocean front. Easy free street parking which is free overnight. Owner was extremely helpful and very nice.

I loved to stay there, we had a nice room and bathroom, and the hotel has a lovely atmosphere, it is a historic building, and the proprietors and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, close to the beach and to the town centre.

Large room with large bath. The beach of Beaulieu is within walking distance. Bakery on the other side of the street, some restaurants. You don't need a car once you arrived. My room was to the street, but even that was no problem.

ItalyI spent quite some money for a night on august 15 and the room was sold with broken centralized AC. They provided a movable AC unit that was quite ineffective (window had to stay open to discharge the heat generated from the unit itself) and noisier than a train. I therefore asked for a fan and they provided one that had crystallized dust (to understand the level of dirtiness) allover the protective net that made it unusable to avoid breathing such terrible dirt/dust. I therefore didn’t sleep at all for the heat. And for 160euros that’s definitely not good enough…

Bathroom was just redone. Looked very nice! Everything was clean. Perfect spot for a few days wandering around the Côte d'Azur. 30 minute walk to Villefranche sur Mer, 15 minutes by train to Monaco and 15 by bus to Nice. Busstation is a 1 minute walk and train maybe 5 or so. Great bakery accros the street.
