3rd day of our stay, our a/c stopped working. Technician came and said there was nothing wrong with it even after telling him that it was working fine the previous days. Eventually, the manager came and confirmed it wasn't working. They put us into another room, only for that a/c again not working , making for a very difficult nights sleep. Staff in the morning confirmed for us that the whole hotel had issues & not just our rooms. The Technician at one point said "i don't really want to say you are cuckoo, but". If they had told us the truth in the first place, it wouldn't be an issue. Not impressed.

There is separate WC and bathroom , no lock option for both bath and WC, we felt quit discomfort as we are family with children.

Hotel was great, good location, close to Paris Metro and in close proximity several shops and restaurants were there. Location was very idle for tourists who wants to get around the city, close to Eiffel tower as well.

The bed was too big for me...I wouldn't say I didn't like it, it was not necessary, to be this large. And nothing else to add.

Since I had to be near the Place de Fontenoy Paris, the location was good. The neighborhood is really nice and safe, and there are lots of places to eat and drink. My favorite restaurant is an Uygurian one which is near the hotel. (10 minutes walking distance) One of the best things about the hotel, besides the location, is the fact that they have an Italian restaurant on the ground floor, with amazing food. And the breakfast is a complex one (not the croissant and coffee), but one with eggs, omelet, bacon etc. And if you want to enjoy a cocktail with a view of the Eiffel Tower, then they also have a cool rooftop bar.

One thing worth mentioning is that the bathroom(shower, sink etc.) Are separated and the toliet is tiny.

Check in was fast and easy, Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. I highly recommend the restaurant at the hotel. Their pizzas are delicious.

The room was not up to the standard to match the cost, it is a bit small for 3 people, and should get some renovations.

The location of the hotel is good, it's about 20 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower and also if you decide to go somewhere by taxi or Uber it's not that expensive. The hotel staff was very friendly.

Breakfast buffet was too expensive and ended too early, rooms were very hot as air conditioning was not available until June (should not advertise that property has AC if not available all year), construction in neighborhood was noisy, No trash can in bathroom

The pillows are quite hard; when we rang reception at 2am to see if it was possible to get a softer pillow, we were unfortunately told no. But the next morning when we spoke with reception again, they happily gave us one. It was a shame that my husband slept so poorly the first night due to this. Having said this, the reception staff are exceptionally friendly and happy. Guess we just spoke to one who wasn't so helpful.

Room was small but there were three of us. OK for 2 nights. Was also quite dark in places, energy saving bulbs? Couldn't get kettle to work. Although rest of food excellent lots of liquid on my pizza second night. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment.

Amazing rooftop bar, excellent restaurant, great location, liked the area. Pleasant walk to Eiffel tower. Nice coffee shop on site. Close to metro. Good value for money in general. View of tower lit up from bar made my daughter's trip. I would stay here again if returning to Paris.

It would have been perfect if there is a hand basin in the toilet. Love the design that the toilet is separated from the shower room.

The breakfast spread was very good & we like the water dispenser at the front of the lift.
