One of the rooms was not ready by check in time. Had to wait for approx. 1 hour more until we got the keys. I didn’t like the window from the room to the bathroom. I didnt feel comfortable that my kids could see me taking a shower. I was told by the reception on Saturday afternoon (around 4 pm) that I could not get the breakfast on Sunday as the brunch ( the only option) was fully booked. Not sure if it is a good example of customer service.

There is some art in the reception area that causes issues for us personally, due to its religious nature I.e it is a disrespect of Jesus and Mary which we thought was inappropriate to be displayed.

Reception/Lobby was messy and toilets near reception were filthy. There was no soap and no hand towels. Breakfast corresponded to a canteen/ 3 star hotel. Staff were very friendly but could not manage workload.

I booked a suite which was very well equiped and very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. However, the service and breakfast did not correspond to a 5 Star hotel.

If you're traveling by car, it was a challenge (and a couple of loops around the block) to find a park outside the hotel to unload our bags. A valet will move the car to the parking area and retrieve upon request. Not a big issue but we weren't aware of these arrangement beforehand.

One of the most comfortable beds I slept in during my holiday in Spain. The location is across the road from the train station and there are lots of good eating places nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

We were 4 adults, two of whom were elderly, and we booked a suite with adjoining rooms. One of the rooms had a bathtub/shower that was extremely difficult to get in and out of - especially for elderly people. Much too high! Otherwise the rooms were comfortable and we had a pleasant stay.

Mattress (fitted) sheet was just a flat sheet, so it didn't stay on mattress as we slept. Everyday our bed would get made by housekeeping, and we were only there for 2 nights, so this was not a long-term distraction for us.

(King Bed for 2 people for 2 nights) Large room and large bathroom. Close to main train station (Toulouse Matibiau), only 6min walk. Air Conditioning. Stayed on 7th floor facing main street Pont Riquet. It was during Rugby World Cup, so streets very busy, but I didn't hear a thing. Quiet in hotel; neighbors on either side of us, we could not hear through walls. We could only hear their main door shut. Beds comfortable. Pillows were a B+. Iron and ironing board. Fridge and an electric kettle in room. Cozy robes and slippers. Easy check-in. Double headed shower.

During our stay, the elevator was out of service for a while, but fortunately, we didn't have to climb the stairs to reach our room. However, it's worth noting that our bedding was not very clean. The valet parking service was not very convenient. Each time you needed to use your own car, you had to contact the reception.

The hotel enjoys a prime location, with nearly all the tourist attractions within walking distance. The room is tastefully decorated and well-equipped. One of the staff members, Luca, was exceptionally friendly and helpful. He also had a cheerful demeanor, always ready with a smile. He provided us with valuable recommendations for must-visit places and excellent local restaurants to try.

Really excellent room - we had a suite to allow for us to have an extra space for our baby to sleep in his cot, and the room was really spacious and comfortable for the 3 of us. The location was superb - walking distance to everything, yet the room was still super quiet.

A modern and efficient hotel. Good location and well run. Perhaps a little lacking in charm but terribly practical. One of the things I would commend them on is their restaurant which, while a little corporate, actually has a very interesting menu. You don't often see "ciglaine de porc" out there.

The valet badly damaged a wheel on my Bentley car whilst parking the car. When this was realised the next morning the staff dealt with the matter professionally but spoilt the start of our 3 week road trip!

The area near the hotel has a significative presence of clochards and people alike. In the evening, when most guests arrive, valet service is bit slow and temporary parking may easily become insufficient. Perhaps only one valet at that particular time is not enough. I would suggest to offer a wider coffee pod choice, probably I could have asked for at the reception, but we are all too shy to ask. In many 5 star hotels there is a second room cleaning in the evening, here it was not the case. We did not try hotel breakfast, which is good not to put on weight, but honestly high price had a part in this decision. Guarantee deposit (600€ for 3 nights) at arrival was a bit penalizing for my credit card plafond.

Very comfortable and spacious room, with a very nice fragrance, at the hotel top floor (8th floor). Large bed. Desk was very handy for my laptop and I could use the tv as a monitor. I liked the walk-in shower. A big plus if you need to work from your hotel room. Smiling and attentive staff, I would like to thank Yann. Nice hall with table soccer and free water. A complimentary bottle of water was also found in the fridge, a new one every day. On the whole very good value for money.

Way overpriced and we didn’t pay more for the breakfast because of the high price, €27 pp. Didn’t bother with the restaurant downstairs either which offered a discount of 20% for guests as that didn’t include drinks and you had to buy at least 2 dishes.

Nice property in a good location for the train and bus stations. Comfortable bed and decent city view from the 8th floor.
