The bathroom - small and the situation with the shower curtain, too small. Hand held shower.

Located within a short walk from the port, close to all your needs, supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars and a gym. (If your sad enough to want to use a gym whilst on holiday, I was travelling therefore needed to work off the Greek food and beer)! 😉 Surrounded by a forest of greenery and plants. Hosts - great lads, very accommodating. Breakfast available although opted to eat out.

Breakfast was optional and a bit expensive compared with the cost of the room. So we arranged breakfasts by ourselves enjoying the terrace of the room.

Excellent position, central but not too crowded, very friendly atmosphere, comfortable, good cleaning service, small kitchen in room was a plus, as well as terrace for breakfasts. Recommended for people in search of a simple but cost effective accommodation. Not luxury but all you need for a nice holiday. If I come again to Paroikia I'll choose it again.

Hotel location is one of the best, close to the center area but very quite. There is a very nice beach 1 minute away. Accomodation is clean and nice, staff is super kind and willing to help with everything you need. Thank you again for making us feel so welcomed!

Cons: I've stayed in lots of lower budget places, but this hotel's walls are a new record of thinness. I could hear EVERYTHING: snoring, other guests' low voice talks, showers. There weren't any extremely noisy people around, but still I couldn't sleep because of normal human sounds. Doors to the rooms have a feature that makes it hard to close them without slamming. First night, I was woken up 3 different times because of other people not knowing how to handle the doors and slamming them for 30ish minutes each time. Next nights were calmer though. Bathroom was a little outdated (even for Greek standards) and always humid.

Pros: hotel manager is a great helpful guy, patiently answered our questions and catered to our needs. Speaks great English too. His service gets 10/10 from us. Location of the hotel is very good, far enough from the noisy Main Street, but still so close to the beach. Our room was ready 3 hours before official check in time which was really helpful. I loved the garden outside.

The property was perfect except we weren’t used to the shower head not being attached to the wall.

Excellent location, 1-2 minute walk and you are on the beach. 5-10 minute walk to ferry port and close to the town. We were provided with a free room upgrade on arrival and the staff are all lovely and very helpful.

We loved the location, the staff couldnt be happier to help, and it was great value for money. Manus in particular was so friendly and helpful. The outdoor area was gorgeous, and the resident cats are adorable. Room was comfortable and clean and the balcony was a nice size. I would definitely stay here again on return, perfect for our 3 night stay.

The bathroom of the room was quite small or short. It got very warm easily. Everything else was very good!

The hotel is picturesque (same vibe as in the rest of Parikia), big enough, clean and calm. The hospitality is great and therefore we had a really good time there. The location is okay. It's 15 mins on foot from the port but in the area there's plenty of shops, restaurants and places where to have breakfast.

The only thing I'd like to point out is the fridge in our room. A bit too noisy.

Emanuel was just the best host I have had. The hotel is small and simple but very close to the city and next to the beach. It provided all the essential things we needed. Extremely clean. The room was cleaned every single day with fresh bed sheets and towels. The money is totally worth it. Perfect money/value ratio.

The Hotel was less than a 10 minute walk away from the port. The hosts are beyond exceptional, letting us check in early and giving fantastic recommendations! Lovely hotel room, great Mountain View! They had a little garden in front of reception which was perfect to sit and unwind in :) So many restaurants along the sea front to choose from, amazing location!
