Sheets and towels were worn out, mattress very old and not comfortable Hot water was hit or miss (warm water only at 5 pm, Hot at 8 pm) One hot tub worked but with deferred maintenance the other was emptied with construction debris thrown in it. Also, 3 days in a row clean towel bin located by pool was empty

Poor maintenance conditions, chipped stained and hardly even painted walls, exposed wires under a sink, bathtub seemed to be painted as well as the fixtures in the tub, seems very under staffed and all the focus put on the sister property

Old, smelly. Could not get hot tub to work. No ice machine. It was gutted. My room periodically smelled like raw sewage. Window had no latch and one day I returned and window was wide open.

For paying $500 per night they should’ve at least had salt and pepper available. The TV in the bedroom did not work and was never fixed even after calling several times There were hardly any pots and pans to use for cooking why be so cheap and not have enough cooking utensils available? They did not even have filters for making coffee

The only toiletry provided was conditioner. There was no toilet paper in the room either. I also received a parking ticket even after completing the parking permit form at check-in and parking in one of the lots designated for the resort. There was no one at the front desk to talk to after receiving my parking ticket, and I had to go to another property to discuss the ticket. Not a good experience.

The room was clean, comfortable and convenient. The bed was very comfortable too.

The property is very tired, no window screen, a/c didn't work, there was a large fan in the room, opened window to put fan in the window as I noticed other rooms were doing the same thing but felt very unsecured due to no screen (by the pool so lots of foot traffic). The door didn't fit securely, shower had a constant leak, but with that said the sheets were clean and bed comfortable. I had read previous reviews so pretty much expected a run down property, closest hotel to Aspen that wasn't over $400.

The staff were very nice and accommodating, very helpful in finding alternate options on transportation into Aspen.

The place wasn't very clean. It was hot with no air conditioning. There wasn't a full-time staff member there to check you in, you had to go over to the Viewpoint (another hotel) to get answers or help. It was smelly. The cleaning staff was really loud.

I liked the price and location. The remodel made it more appealing.

Missing screen in the window for airflow. Requested one from the front desk several times. One never came. Elevators very dirty and microwave in the office area dirty with food particles in it.

I liked the location, free bus service, and all the shops and restaurants in the village.

Floor and countertops dirty, wet spot on the floor in front of the tv, no screen on the window which looked out into the walkway, so to cool the room down we opened the window and felt uncomfortable every time someone would walk by. Door barely locked so we had to prop a chair under the handle to feel safe. Bath towels were ratty, torn, and stained (or not cleaned).

Very unclean rooms, stains all over everything including the ceilings and all furniture. Didn’t look like it had been vacuumed. No soap or conditioner in bathroom. Shampoo looked used. I was bitten by a brown recluse in the bed. No ac, which would have been okay if there were a fan but there wasn’t one in the room so it was very hot to sleep in there-80 degrees whole stay. Never anyone at the front desk.

I loved the location. Very central and easy to use the busses to go to and from Aspen for free. More affordable than other places, but still pretty steep price for what u get.

There was only 1 pillow on the bed, there was no conditioner, no garbage can in the bathroom, the drain in the shower was dirty. It was a very average stay for the price paid. The staff were not very knowledgeable about the area.

Cleanliness Rude staff No front desk at all after 3:00 pm No AC

This hotel was Holiday Inn Express before and they had really good staff to take care of the guests. But now it’s Wildwood Snowmass and I don’t think there is good to like it. Guys please take the business seriously! If you can’t afford in the summer season better to close it until the season opens why you guys serve to your guests that much ridiculously?!
